Yaeko was more than aware of how much she was exposing herself to the man on the other side of the line but none of that seemed to matter.
They were apart and all she wished for was to see him.
If in the past there had been some hesitation and belief that maybe her husband wasn't so bad and that she could easily endure it despite her weeks with Yuzuru, each moment that passed made her wish for a different life.
The man couldn't have known it, but he showed her a far different view of life and probably had no idea of how much influence that could bring.
Maybe it was also the frustration of seeing her husband go by unpunished once again or maybe even the fact that she was sick of being a tool in the organization's plans but Yae had enough.
Making full use of the phone Yuzuru provided for her, the woman started exploring her options, things that she had once thought when she married but never once was able to make a reality.
Back then she didn't have the power to gather enough proof or even attempt to help but given her husband's influence now, things were far different.
She didn't tell a soul how her phone had now a few other numbers saved, people who were ready to help her when the time came but also put her at far more risk than her little adventures with Yuzu ever could.
But none of that was important now when she could focus on the little pictures he sent, just as teasing as hers had been.
Every single glimpse of that incredible body only made her desire him more. Even if her wish to have him was far deeper than her fantasies and involved a lot of feelings, Yuzuru managed to awaken a part of her that had been dormant for a while.
She craved his touch more than ever and if the reality had been different and she had a bit more freedom, Yae would have probably lost it by now.
They didn't exchange that many pictures but every single one that was sent was a bit more teasing than the previous one. From his workout routines to the glimpses of the tattoos that covered her body, it was fair to say that none of them were innocent in the whole thing.
Yaeko struggled every time to find a decent schedule to talk to him but the truth was that every time she managed to do so, he was at her beck and call, almost as if waiting 24 hours a day for a message from her. No matter what, they kept true to the promise of not leaving one another.
Well, on more than one occasion, it wasn't easy for her to do so. Certainly enough, while her husband was occupied, things were generally easier to manage but it would be foolish to think that he would be constantly tired of her and maintain his distance.
Being intimate with her husband was now even more of a torture than it used to be. Yaeko wouldn't make the mistake of thinking of a certain figure skater again, not when it happened to bring her so much trouble on the first and last time she attempted that stunt. It hadn't brought that much chaos in the end but it got her husband suspicious enough to make her life even more watched than it was previously.
Like so many years before, every time he touched her, the girl just stared at the ceiling, ignoring all of her body's pleas to make it all go away. It was easier to handle when she wasn't fully in the moment and that was something learned the hard way through so many years of this same torture.
There was some hope, deep in her mind, that some days would be better, that she wouldn't have to pleasure herself all alone with the thoughts of a man who wasn't her husband but those hopes were just yet another fantasy for her mind to settle upon.
During the first couple of months of her return to Tokyo, things were always like that. A few exchanged teasing pictures and chats with Yuzuru while never showing their naked bodies and living her life as it had been usual for so long.
All of those initial hopes when she first moved back were soon gone. There wasn't any light at the end of the tunnel for her when all she could do was stay at home and on rare occasions go out to convince some business mogul or CEO to do whatever the Yakuza wanted.
Just like so many times before, she was just a pawn for whatever big picture they deemed necessary.
Yet, as with everything in life, not everything could be bad.
It was almost as if her husband guessed that she needed time away from him because just a few days later, he was informing her that he would be leaving for a business trip and as a consequence, leaving the home for her to handle. Like so many times before, Yae would finally have some days to explore things outside of her usual confinements.
Yaeko wasn't fooled, she knew that the bodyguards would still stay and prevent her from going outside, but they wouldn't disturb her in the privacy of her bedroom, they knew it was off-limits.
This was exactly the chance she had been waiting for, a chance to communicate with her secret person without the fear of being caught by her husband and who knew what could await her in the upcoming weeks.
Just like that, Yaeko became excited about life once again.
