☁️Akitoya - day 6

Toya has risen early in the morning, making some pancakes for his dear boyfriend, Akito. His boyfriend who..was still sleeping. Making pancakes was pretty easy. You just have to mix the eggs a bit so it starts foaming and fold the other ingredients together. Thats how Akito liked his pancakes, extra fluffy. Today, Toya would add a little chocolate in the middle to surprise him. Eventually, after making a reasonable amount of  pancakes, Toya set the table.

While making his way up to Akito's room, he thought of him. Toya couldn't wait to see his favorite sight, sleepy Akito. His hair got all messy which Toya couldn't help but find incredibly cute. But when Toya began to open the door, he found it unlocked. Peeking inside, there was no Akito. Toya's heart dropped. He began searching all over for him until he just saw Akito enter the house...all messy and holding a cake in his hands. "Toya. Here."

Akito had been up for an hour. When Toya left the room, he sneakily got out and made a run for Mizuki's house. They said they would help them make a great surprise for Toya. Akito had been feeling bad, Toya does so much for him, it makes him want to do even more. He doesn't want Toya to feel unloved.

Making it at an unlikely friend's house, Akito knocks the door which Mizuki opened with a great smile.

"Lil bro! Welcome! Come on in. I'll have you know I woke up early just to help you so you better be grateful."

"Akiyama, you practically made me come over."

"You still did! So you still need my help."

Akito couldn't help but let out a groan. Might as well get this over with.

Mizuki had little instructions on how to bake a cake. Something Toya would like. This wasn't their first time at a place and time such as this together. They had made chocolate before.

So they began, both a little inexperienced. The ingredients getting everywhere, making the two dirty. Akito grabbed the flour, but a little aggressively as a huge puff of flour came out and rained on the two. They were dusted with flour.

"Akito! The cake! Not us! I'm not food!" Mizuki managed to say through bursts of little laughter.

"Ha Ha. Very funny."

They continued baking and placed the cake into the oven.

After awhile sweet smell wafted across the room and the two knew the cake was ready.

Mizuki got out some canned icing and started to do cute little designs on it while Akito got ready to leave. Eventually the cake was handed to Akito. He began to run back home so Toya wouldn't catch him missing, still taking some care to not drop the cake. Eventually he got home looking like a mess.

"Akito..." Toya sighed as he took the cake out of his hands.

Akito frowned, "Oi, I made that for you, can't you look at it a bit more?"

Toya glanced down at the cake, seeing the little design of him and Akito holding hands before chuckling.

"This is sweet. How long did it take to make this? I appreciate it."

"Oh you know..just like thirty minutes. I'm basically a pro."

"Thank you." Toya gave Akito a quick kiss, "Go get cleaned up. I also have a little surprise for you."

The surprise chocolate in the pancakes...Toya couldn't wait for the face Akito would make as the creamy chocolate melted in his mouth.

Akito on the other hand went upstairs to clean up. He was secretly freaking out over the soft smile Toya gave him after he saw the cake. He had succeeded. And the little kiss his boyfriend gave him! He was the luckiest in the world to have Toya Aoyagi.
