Yujin P.O.V
As much as I enjoyed the comfort of Jaebum, I also missed another form of comfort. I missed witty comments from my best friends, I missed them because they were people who knew they didn't need to be nice to me. I'd still like them even if they were mean to me, but they were really like my second family. Glancing up at Jaebum from my spot, I smiled, and shifted on the couch. I had been there for at least two hours, and there was nothing really to do now. Sure he cheered me up, and we were able to talk about different things, and come to our own realizations.
"Oppa, I'm going to go see Eunmi and Mark." I murmured, not sure if it was alright to just excuse myself like this, so I stared at him as I awaited an answer. It didn't take long for him to nod, smiling at me as he leaned over a bit. My eyes fluttered to follow him, though when he pressed a kiss to the crown of my head, I only laughed a bit. He should really stop that, because everytime he gives me little kisses it only makes me wonder why. So I stood up after, smiling at him as I rushed off to the front door.
"Thank you so much Oppa, I'll be sure to text you later. Maybe i'll even buy you snacks you like for being so nice to me. Or maybe i'll invite-"
"You're so excited suddenly.." He murmured, smiling at me softly as he followed me, just to see me out. "You don't need to do anything for me, I'm satisfied just by seeing you smile." Jaebum nodded, making me roll my eyes as I put my shoes on.
"You're so greasy sometimes, I can't believe you say that shit and still make me so happy. You dummy. Anyways, I will go find dumb and dumber." I stood up straight, taking a step forward and walking into hugging him. He held me softly, nodding a bit before letting me go.
"Have a good time, it was nice to see you."
"Thank you, it was really nice. See you soon Oppa." With that I left his house, something filling my chest with emptiness. Though i didn't think too much of it, and rushed to get to the bus stop to get to Eunmi's house. Sure she was probably really pissed off at Yugyeom right now, and i think we all were, but I should probably tell her I was coming.
Once on the bus, I took out my phone and opened up a group chat for the three of us.
'you two, let's meet at someone's place ♥'
I stared at my screen for a while, until someone read it.
marky-poo : 'jinyoung disappeared so we could hang out here?'
my mi mi: 'we'll hang out there then!! where are you now yujin?'
' i'm on the bus, i'll get off near your home so we could walk together? '
marky-poo: 'i need to clean the house, take your time ♥'
And so when I hopped off the bus across from Eunmi's house, she was already sitting outside waiting for me. She glanced up at the bus driving off, and smiled at the sight of me. Rushing across the street, she hooked arms with me and pulled me close.
"Hello babe!" She cooed, smiling brightly as she patted my back. Obviously she was happy, or trying to cheer me up. "If you're wondering why i'm so happy, it's because we all get to be together again and Jinyoung is going to talk to Yugyeom."
I stared at her, raising a brow and blinking.
"Why is Jinyoung?"
"He's already with him."
"Jinyoung saw that! Oh, that's embarrassing."
"What did Jinyoung see? Why is it embarrassing in front of my baby?"
"Eunmi, calm down." I smiled at her, to which she smiled back and shrugged it off. Taking a hold of my hand, we walked hand in hand to Mark's place. Though we began skipping half way, and when we did get to his house, we both stopped and stared at each other. Not sure why.
"Why'd we stop?" She asked me, blinking her eyes and trying to pull me up the stairs to his front door. I stopped slightly, glancing at the door and humming.
"I'm giving Mark time to clean up." I giggled, making her smile and march straight up to the door. She stood at the door for a moment, clearing her throat and knocking on it firmly. For a few moments, we waited and then we heard footsteps tumbling down from the stairs. The door opened, and Mark poked his head out, a tiny smile showing on his lips. When our eyes met, his expression only grew more relieved. He opened the door wider, with the help of Eunmi shoving her hand inside and moving it for him. He was a bit slow, and she was being really fast today.
"Hello to you too Eunmi." He said, as she walked past him, kicking off her vans in the process. She turned around and smiled at him, nodding and making her way into the living room. I walked in next, slipping my shoes off and nodding at Mark.
"Hi Mark, long time no see." I whispered, mainly because it's been two months since a proper hang out between us. He smiled at me, closing the door after I shuffled off to join Eunmi on the couch. She sat there simply, putting her phone face down on the coffee table and humming.
"Come here Yujin." She called, waving her hand and patting the spot beside her. I always did sit next to her, so I waddled over and plopped down beside her. She grinned, wrapping her arms around me and glancing over at Mark.
"So, Mark doesn't know what's going on." She said quietly, bringing her hand to my head and stroking my hair gently. I glanced over at her, blinking my eyes before realizing what she meant.
It meant I had to tell them both in vivid detail, how I just had my heart broken into millions of pieces by the man I loved. Fun.
