HIS POV

"We should welcome them first and meanwhile I'll talk to Jhanvi," I said and they agreed.

Later the ladies got busy preparing lunch for the guests meanwhile I gathered information on this alliance from my secretary. I learned that his family is one of the most reputed ones in the state of Rajasthan. Also, his family business is widespread in the nation. Rohit has done college and business training in London. And later chose to settle in London, handling business along with.

He looked like a potential marriage material boy but I was curious if he was perfect for my sister. But as Radhika said, it's Jhanvi's life hence it should be her decision.

I thought of discussing it with Jhanvi before she got to meet him. I walked up to her room and knocked. She opened the door and smiled broadly while eating her chocolate. She was getting developing weird habits lately.

"Haven't you started eating those a lot lately?" I tried to scold her.

"Hehehehe," she giggled showing her white and chocolate teeth and sat on her bed.

"What is it bhaisa? Is something important? Did your friend complain again about me?" She asked getting busy with her cravings.

I walked in and sat on the couch against her bed.

"Jhanvi we are looking for a boy for your marriage these days. And lately, our grandfather has found one." I said and she stopped eating immediately. She looked into my eyes shockingly.

I did not expect any less. I knew it would come as a shock to her. She would have never imagined leaving us and living with someone else. She has been a baby in this house since birth and now this marriage talks must be making her realize she has grown big now. However, she must realise the importance of her soul partner and embrace this new life after marriage just like Tejas and I did.

"He is a businessman from a well-known family, who are friends with our grandfather. He's settled well in London. They are coming today to our home for lunch. I've come here to know from you if you are willing to give this a chance or not?" I said but she was not responding.

Her face went pale, nervousness was clear on her. But again any girl would be nervous hearing all this out of the blue. I believe her thought process slowed down since not a word or reaction came to me.

I walked up to her and caressed her head.

"Jhanvi you are very dear to Tejas and me. No decision will be taken if you are not happy. We can never let you be with someone who is not good enough for you. This is your life so please think wisely." I said and she nodded.

"Ji bhaisa," she said softly putting away the chocolate.

(Yes brother)

"They are coming at noon, meet him today and tell me if you find him suitable for you," I said cupping her cheeks.

"Ok bhaisa I'll think about it, but I need some time," She said and smiled.

I pecked her head and left downstairs while calling Hiren, my secretary.

"Yes sir," came his reply.

"Hiren, have you got anything on Rohit's companionship and his business partners?" I asked.

"Not yet sir. But I've already got men in London working over this. I'll inform you as soon as I receive some news about it," he said.

"Alright," I said getting down and I saw Samrit walking in from the doors into the living room.
