HIS POV

Today's lunch was as it is weighty for everyone and now adding to that we had a new problem at hand. I was a little relieved knowing Samrit handled everything well after informing the police. Meanwhile here at home, everybody was discussing the possibilities of this marriage. Rohit's parents liked Jhanvi a lot, so it was supposedly a yes from them for this marriage. But we still needed clarification. Also, Jhanvi did not seem happy either.

It was evening while we all were sitting in the lawn when Tejas came up to me.

"Bhaisa it's the security on-line, they wish to talk," Tejas said.

I immediately discussed with them and asked them to tighten the security systems of factories and office buildings. Even if this was a fake alarm, we should still be prepared thoroughly. Tejas and I went to our home office and discussed further plans regarding it for a couple of hours.

Later coming into our living room I found out the guests had already left. I looked around and found my beautiful wife coming from the kitchen and walking down in a gorgeous pink saree.

It was blooming over her. She really does look beautiful in every colour. Just by looking at her, my heart starts pouring love. The more the merrier. I wanted to spend more and more time with her, but my family seems to be in the opposite team.

I had to think of something. She sat down with my mother and started her gossip.

"Radhika, have you seen my watch?" I asked getting closer.

She looked at me in confusion.

"You're wearing it." She answered looking at my wrists.

Shit! I closed my eyes looking at my wrists.

"Not this one. I'm looking for another one in silver metal. It was a gift and I'm thinking of wearing it tomorrow." I said.

"I have not seen it anywhere." She said.

"Could you help me find it in the room," I asked.

She sighed and then nodded.

"Okay give me a minute," she said.

I was thrilled to hear that but couldn't make it obvious, hence I walked up the stairs and entered my room. Closing the doors I stood against the wall waiting for her. She will never find out about my trick. I smiled thinking about my smart mind.

Once she comes in I'm not leaving her for a second. And in the next second the door pushed open and she entered facing her back to me. I took a few steps to hug her but before I could she spoke.

"When will you stop your childish acts hnn?" She said and turned to look at me and crossed her arms.

"How did you know?" I asked when my smile disappeared.

She came closer and snaked my neck smiling at me.

"Everyone must have sensed it," she said and pecked my lips.

And my smile was back instantly. I hugged her tight bringing her closer to me.

"Then why do you make me do that? I wish to spend every minute together and you're running away since morning." I complained softly.
