HER POV

"Oh god I'm so exhausted today I need my beauty sleep so bad," Sunaina complained sitting next to me.

I couldn't agree more. These days we were working tirelessly for a meeting with a foreign investor and today we finally locked the deal. We were heading back home while Sunaina sat next to me in my car, it was almost three in the afternoon till we reached. Even on Sunday, we worked whereas our husbands were enjoying their holiday with the kids.

It's been a beautiful journey for both Daksh and me over the years. We grew as lovers, life partners, business partners and then as parents. Daksh helped me a lot in making me understand the Rathore business empire. I had to work day and night for a couple of months just to understand every wing of it. He encouraged me to handle meetings and clients with foreign investors as well.

Similarly, parenting was another beautiful stage of our journey. It brought us closer though initially, the days were tough for both of us since we were new to it. But we understood our responsibilities and the way to handle it under our parents' guidance.

The car halted and we came out of it. A guard came, took our bags and folders and we headed towards the main door. Suddenly we heard a squealing voice and saw Prithvi running towards Sunaina with his short steps.

"Muummmaaaaa," he giggled, opening his cute little arms clutching an aeroplane in one.

Sunaina and I got pregnant around the same time only a few months apart. Daksh and I were blessed with a cute little boy, Shiv. And after five months Sunaina was blessed with twins Prithvi and Disha with a difference of only a few hours. Her delivery was very critical but somehow with god's blessings followed by her strength and Tejas's support, she made it. My mother-in-law was supportive of both of us during our delivery time but she started taking extra care of Sunaina after her delivery.

"Oh, my baby!" Sunaina picked him up in her arms and pecked his cheek.

Prithvi was very adorable and playful for his age. He was only four but his energy and eagerness were way ahead of the other two kids. He would play all day and night and still wouldn't be tired.

He played in her arms while we walked further ranting his complaints and then looked at me and jumped to my shoulders.

"Awww my Prithvi has been playing alone. Where are your sister and brother?" I asked removing dirt from his hands.

"Dishaaa is with bade papa, chhapaak," I laughed at his actions.

(bade papa- UNCLE; chhapaak-water noise)

Prithvi couldn't say swimming even after teaching repeatedly. He would just do actions with his hands saying chhapaak.

"Again?" Sunaina asked and I sighed at his nodding.

Daksh loved all his kids dearly and equally but he was inclined towards Disha a lot, though he would never accept that. He would take extra care of her and try to teach her the basics of everything, saying she could need that anytime. And Disha equally reciprocates it. She had a special corner for him in her heart because she knew he would never scold her but always love her. And I was worried that Daksh might spoil no one but Disha.
