he's going to have a decrease in speed and an increase in defense he can fire off those rods on his back like projectiles. He can also charge himself with electricity with the help of outside sources such as electrical wiring or assistance from an electrical alien.
And as for weaknesses since his armor is metallic he's obviously magnetic so he's going to be weak to magnetic forces but unless the villain has a fat ass magnet on them he should be fine. The second weakness is going to be sound waves if produced high enough his can be hurt or dented.

Aside from the increase in size he gets an increase in strength and speed along with the ability to fly. He Loses the ability to shoot his cosmic ray but instead gains the ability to harness a cosmic storm being able to blast his enemies with what I'm going to call cosmic lightning.
As for weaknesses his only weakness is that he's a big Target making it hard to dodge most attacks from people smaller than him.
