*Sonic's POV*
"So did you find someone?" Rouge asked as she walked behind me.

"What?" We were walking towards our usual fast food restaurant.

"Did anyone catch your eye? There were a lot of guys around you yesterday."

"Wait!" Amy gasped. "Youre not even into girls!" She shouted making me drop my ears.

"Any louder, Ames?" I nervously said. "No, no one would even want to continue talking to me after I told them I would not take the mask off. I dont blame them."

"Isnt it lonely? Do they do that often?" Silver asked, he was using his powers to hold Sage in the air as she giggled and screamed, having the time of her life.

"All the time, no one ever wants to get close because I am 'misterious' so I gave up even trying." I shrugged, passing by some civilians wearing hoodies, strange, its summer. "Not lonely, I always have my siblings around. Especially Manic. He is a pain in the-" There was suddenly an arm around my neck and resting on my shoulder.

"Go ahead, continue." My ears perked up at realizing who it was. I grabbed the hood on the one who grabbed me and picked it up slightly then dropped it back down. "Is this how you talk about your family behind their back. You wound me, bro." Manic laughed. "Yo." He waved at everyone.

"What the hell are you doing here?" I asked sternly.

"Tails texted us that you finally told your friends. Wanted to meet the ones who were playing about us." Sonia said as she walked on the other side of me. She was also wearing a hood.

"Tails!" Amy gasped.

"What? They are like my family, I cannot keep that a secret from them. It was hilarious." Tails said with a laugh, only earning a death glare from nearly everyone, except from both Rouge and Shadow.

"I just tagged along for fun." I heard someone say from behind me.

"Sally?" I asked as I turned.

"Whos that?" Blaze asked.

"Sally Acorn. Sonics ex." Tails explained with a smile as I looked at Sally in shock. I hadnt talked to her since we had broken up.

It hadnt bee a bad break up, well, at least thats what I thought but after she stopped replying to my messages or answering my calls, I assumed she never wanted to see me again. I had hurt her, afterall. She was ready for marriage and I turned out to not even be into girls, of course she didnt want to be around me. So why was she here now?

"Tails! Hi!" Sally walked past me and immediately hugged Tails. "So nice to see you again." I was frozen in place, for once in my life, I didnt know what to do or say.

"Wait. Wait. Wait. I thought you said you were gay?" Amy asked.

"He is." Sally answered for me finally making me snap out of it and turned to look at her.

"Sally, I-" I stopped, what was this feeling? Why couldnt I talk?

"I was just before he found out.
What a relief, he found out before we got married. At least he didnt leave me at the altar." Sally said looking at me now. "Isnt that right?"

I clicked my tongue and clenched my fist. "Thats enough, Sally. If you want to talk about it, then maybe you should have answered my messages and calls years ago." I felt angry and ridiculous. I wasnt going to have this conversation here, not like this, not in front of everyone.

"Maybe I couldnt even get myself to even look at you!" She raised her voice.

"Chaos! Its been forever ago! Why the hell are you here now?" I shouted back. Couldnt control myself.

"Your mother wants us to make up after what happened, and so does my father. So why dont you go ahead and apologize to me now?" She crossed her arms, I could feel a vein popping in my forehead.

"Apologize? Chaos you are so childish! Why in chaos would I apologize to you again? You are bored now that there is no more drama going on at your castle you have to start some with me now, PRINCESS?" I snarled.

"Sonic. Maybe we should take this somewhere less crowded." Tails said, grabbing my arm. I pushed his hand away and took a step closer to Sally.

"I trusted you, I thought I could talk to you and what did you do? You go ahead and tell EVERYONE that I am not into girls? Do you know how hard it was even coming out to you? I didnt want to hurt you! But the second things go wrong for YOU, you have to attack. I apologized years ago, what happened to mine?" I crossed my arms. "Go ahead, I am waiting."

*Shadow's POV*
Thankfully there was not that many people around and if they did manage to hear what was going on, at least they wouldnt understand out of context. Faker was glaring and growling at his ex, this was absolutely ridiculous. He shouldnt let his anger get the best of him, he should have been trained for that if he really was a prince. How to keep his emotions in check.

Not that I could say much about it.

I was standing a bit further away from them, simply watching and remaining quiet as they kept fighting. Princess Sonia was trying to grab Sally and Prince Manic and Miles were trying to stop Faker from getting even angrier.

This was too much drama, I didnt want nor did I have time for it in my life. I wanted to go home or get back to work so I could finish what I didnt have time to do the previous day but Rouge would kill me if I wasnt here. She made me tag along all the time to their stupid hangouts and even more so now that Faker and I had not been fighting.

"Apologize? Sonic, I loved you!" Sally shouted. "YOU broke MY heart! And you were such a coward I knew you would never even tell anyone if I didnt do it for you! Look at you now! BARELY telling your friends the truth!" She laughed in his face.

"Hold her." I looked away from the former couple and to look at Silver who passed me Sage.

I looked down at my arms when Sage immediately nuzzled my chest fur and started to quietly purr in my arms. I needed her gone. I needed her off my arms now. But I couldnt let go, she was comfortable and looked so happy.

"Okay, thats enough." Silver used his powers to trap the two of them and moved them away from each other. "You two are acting like kids. Resolve this at another time. In private." He moved Sally further away. The siblings going with her after apologizing to their brother.

"What the hell was that for?" Miles asked Faker who was holding his head, looking as if he had a headache.

"I am sorry." Faker mumbled then looked at us. "I guess I had more emotions about the unresolved situation that I thought. Is it okay if you guys go eat without me? I need time to think."

"Did you want us to take Sage with us?" Rose asked and he nodded while looking at me and Sage.

"Yeah, she looks very comfortable right now. I dont want to bother her." He gave us a soft smile, I wanted to punch him for even looking my way but I did NOT want to be stuck at yet another intervention. Avoiding each other had been the best thing we had ever done.

"Okay." He walked to me and rubbed Sage's ear then nodded. "Ill see you guys later." He dashed off.
