Adhir was in his office. Sid is busy with something. And my brother is resting. This is the best time to find out. I went to Adhir’s office. “Yeah, sweetheart.” He said as I entered. I went close to him.

Like the dangerously close one, playing with his shirt. “What is the reason for postponing Anderson's matter?” I got straight to the point. “You don't have to get dangerously close to me to ask that.” He said, reminding me of something.

“Fine, then” I stepped back. He pulled me by my waist. “No. I want you close, this close.” I smiled. “You are the reason.” He effortlessly said. I looked at him in confusion.

“You heard me right. You are the reason. If I clear him, you will leave the mansion immediately. I want you- I mean I want you to stay longer.” He caressed my cheek and jawline. “But I-”

“Adhir! You know you are surrounded by spy cameras. Don't you? And I have access to all of them. Put a break to your romance. I beg.” Sid interrupted our conversation. Adhir left the grip. “We were just talking, Sid,” I said.

“Adhir would kiss you anytime. That is all I could see.” he shrugged. I left in disappointment that I didn't show. I need to wait for the right moment.

Siddique's POV

“You always ruin the moment,” Adhir complained. “When are you telling her?” I asked. “About what, Sid?” He innocently replied. “About the envelope,” I asked what was required. “I don't think she should know.” He said straight.

“She'll find out soon. What are you going to do then?” I know she will know everything we are trying to hide. “I don't have an answer for that, Sid. I'm not sure. How do I tell her?” He debated between confusion and helplessness. “We should tell her, somehow,” I said and walked out.

Ryan found the envelope we were trying to hide. He learned the truth and Ahalya needs to have an idea about it. I was passing through the hallway of Ryan’s room. “I'm not a kid, Ahu. I'm fine. Look.” He moved his hand. “Shut up. Laddu. Just let me help.” She shut him up.
Their bond is warm and strong.

I got a call from Russo. “We should meet and bring Adhir to the club.” He commanded. “Yes. We'll be there.” He cut the call after my reply. I made a call to Adhir, I went to make other preparations.

I pressed the brakes at the entrance of the club. “Welcome to my club.” Russo received us and gave us hugs. I can say he is in a happy mood. He doesn't show it though. “Why did you invite us?” Adhir asked, entering the club.

“I don't want to take over as Godfather.” He sat at the table. He refused the biggest position in the world of war for power. “I know, you don't need a position to rule the mafia. But these are the rules. Mafia leaders chose you to be the godfather.” He tried convincingly. He nodded to it.

“Anyway, I sent the gift.” He sipped whiskey. “What gift?” I was confused. “Viktor Sokolov is finished. He sent his body to Anderson.” Adhir showed Russo. I was in a state of shock and surprise. “Wouldn't it provoke him?” I asked.

“He is helpless, I have the Russian mafia in my hands now. Gangsters were fed up with him. Bosses wanted me to take over the Russian mafia. I refused many times and now they are working for me.” He sounded cool. A vibration disturbed my admiration.

An alarm signal was received. Adhir’s mobile received some notification. He looked at me, “Office room. Access it.” I ran to The parking lot. I always carry a laptop. I accessed the CCTVs of the office room.

Something went wrong. “What happened?” Adhir asked getting into the car. “Screen is static.” I passed on the laptop to Adhir for him to check the available footage. I immediately started the engine. Ahalya might be in danger. She can handle anyone, but she's a little bit emotionally disturbed by Ryan's incident.

“Ahalya!!” Adhir’s voice shook. “Step on it, Sid.” I stepped on the accelerator.

Adhir’s POV

I rewinded and checked the footage, to find what went wrong. Ahalya. My voice broke. She stood straight in front of the camera behind my table. Her eyes have shown an emotion that I have never seen in her. She straight took out the Springfield. Aiming it to the camera, she tilted her head like a provoke.

The camera is disabled the camera, more accurately, she shot the camera. “Step on it, Sid,” I said as soon as I understood the situation. I checked the other cams. She searched for the cameras, it didn't take much time for her to find the others.

She aimed at all of them one after one and destroyed all of them. Right away I made a call. “Ryan! Your sister barged into my office. Where are you? Stop her!” I almost yelled out of anxiety. “Arghh! Shit! I'm on my way to the office. ‘Turn the car’ I'm heading back.” He ordered the driver.

This situation seems stressful. She shouldn't find the envelope. I got down the second we reached. I ran inside. The house feels empty, cold and dark. I sensed the worst coming my way!!. The lights turned on. She sat there, in the living room. Straight face, without emotions, blank.

How terrifying it is when someone finds out something you are trying to hide from them? And now you have to tell them the secret that you are protecting from them.

Hey, my lovelies
Did Ahalya find Adhir’s secret? What is he trying to hide?
