"You can go, we'll catch you up." Hannah suggested the next morning. She was running late, in no small part thanks to the fact that her stomach still hadn't settled, and was rushing around to get ready.

"No." Lando shook his head. "I'm waiting, we are all going together." He silenced his phone as Zak called him yet again.

"I don't want to get you in trouble with Zak." Hannah protested.

"He can wait." Lando shrugged, still annoyed with his boss for the drama he'd made out of Lando not attending the event the night before. "I'm not being funny but if there's that much of a disaster with the car then we've had it this weekend already, me being there for whatever this meeting is will not solve the problem."

"If you're sure." Hannah mumbled, turning back to the mirror as she tried to apply enough make up to hide the fact she'd barely slept the night before.

"I'm sure." Lando said firmly. "I want to make sure you actually get some breakfast when you get there too."

"Don't even talk to me about food right now." Hannah groaned. "It is not my friend."

"You need to eat something." Lando pointed out.

"We'll see when we get there." Hannah suggested, hoping the team might just drag him off before he could start trying to shove food in front of her.

He made a noise of disapproval but didn't argue any further at that moment, she knew he was going to have more of say on the matter he was just saving it for later.

"Okay, let's go." She slipped her feet into her shoes, picking up her bag. Lando had already picked up Isla and was stood by the door ready to go.

His phone buzzed with another call from Zak that he ignored, and Hannah couldn't help but wonder why he was suddenly so hell bent on ignoring his boss. It had always been very much Zak called and Lando went running, to the detriment of their marriage on many occasions, she didn't think she'd ever seen him ignore a phone call from his boss before.

He'd driven slowly through the crowd of fans on the approach to the track, lowering his window to give them a wave, but not stopping. He didn't feel too guilty, he knew the majority of them were here for Charles and Carlos this weekend, it was all about Ferrari.

Hannah was slow to get out of the car when they arrived. Lando helping Isla out and taking her hand before he went around to the other side of the car and opened his wife's door.

"You okay?" He asked, watching as she fiddled with her pass that hung around her neck.

She nodded, climbing out of the car and holding her hand out to take Isla's other hand so she could walk between the two of them.

It was a slow walk into the paddock, Isla slowing them down considerably because she kept stopping to look at things and ask random questions. Lando walked patiently beside her, despite his phone buzzing with another impatient phone call from Zak.

"It's so hot out here." Hannah groaned, fanning herself with her hand as they continued to walk at snail pace in the direction of McLaren.

Lando was temporarily distracted as he signed a hat for a fan who had approached them, although they were walking so slowly he'd not actually broken his stride to do so.

"It's going to he a warm one." He agreed, eyes flickering over to Hannah who looked like she was melting. He glanced down at his daughter who was still wandering along with no real purpose, and then at the McLaren building that didn't seem to be getting any closer.

"Right, come on you." He bent down and picked Isla up, spinning her around in a way that made her giggle and distracted her from the fact she wasn't being allowed to walk. "We need to get mummy in to the air conditioning before she melts." He balanced Isla against his hip, taking Hannah's hand with his spare one.
