27 | Unconscious

Two weeks has passed and Jaehyun has been clingy with Yewon in the University.

The boy was always next to her – except in classes that they  didn't coincide.– He followed her, created a conversation, helped her with her homework, ate with her at lunch...

But he should've listened to her, because everytime he was with her, Yewon got hit by Kina and her friends.

Yewon was annoyed at this as she was now Jaehyun's friend, so he was now clingy – much to her liking.–

On Monday, before leaving to go home, Kina pulled her inside the cleaning room, locking the door. She pulled Yewon's hair and slapped her. Not just that, she also threatened her and hit her more.

Kina knew that Yewon was his friend and she was more jealous of the girl.

The girl didn't understand why Yewon had his attention when she had tried a lot of times to be close to him. She followed him around and stuff.

But Yewon? She was invisible yet not in their school. She never followed him as she did or even talk to him.

So when Jaehyun started to talk with her and cling to her. Kina got surprised and so jealous.

" How did she even got his attention? She doesn't deserve him. " Kina thought.

So... to relieve her jealousy, she hit and slapped Yewon harder. Each day, more and more harder.

Today, Yewon looks awful. She has a lot of bruises, but that wasn't a problem to her. What it was, was the pain of those.

Yewon couldn't ignore the pain, but she had to bear with it.

Her friends – and Jaehyun,– asked her if she needed help with someone as she was paler and looked almost dead.

But of course, Yewon declined their help. She didn't want to get them into trouble.

So she was alone in it.

Yewon's pov:

I'm going to the gym as i have P.E now.

I really, really hate doing exercise, i don't like sweating and the feel of my clothes sticking my body.

But i hate Kina and her minions more.

I don't know if i'll be alive at the end of the class. My body hurts even though i treated them.

And due to my bruises, i'm dizzy and tired.

But i can't do anything. I have to do this class if i want to have good grades here.

Besides, even if i inform my teacher, he won't do anything, he'll just tell me to bear with it or get suspended right now and there.

Sadly, – or not,–  Jaehyun doesn't go to this class with me, but i go with Kina.

WHY THE HELL IS SHE ALWAYS IN MY CLASS?

– Class, run two rounds and let's play dodgeball –. Our teacher says.

Some groaned, though we all started to run.

When i finished my last round, i almost fall, dizzy.

My teacher started to talk again but i can't hear him as i feel like fainting anytime soon.

Suddenly, a ball hit my head, making me fall.

The person who has thrown it at me laughed along some other classmates while some approached me.

Someone helped me sit on the floor and i held my head.

I groaned –. Fuck.
– Are you ok?

I wanted to say: " Can't you see i'm dizzy and hurt?"

But everything turned black soon, leaving my body numb.

No one's pov:

– What have you done!?–. Jaehyun shouted at Haneul, who threw the ball and hit Yewon.

Everyone was surprised as Jaehyun was always calm and cute. But no one knew him truely, they didn't know how he was when he was mad – or furious in this case. His cuteness disappeared and his eyes were now intimidating.

However, they're meeting his furious side with their own eyes.

– I have just thrown the ball and it accidentally hit her –. Haneul says.
Jaehyun rolled his eyes and scoffed – oh, really? Because i have seen it with my eyes and you did it intentionally. Besides... you hurt her every day, right?–. He smirked upon seeing her scared face.

Everyone gasped.

– I... what are you saying...–. She asked.
– You know what i mean –. He cut her.

Some students in class took out their phones to record the scene.

– We don't... – Kina started, but she was speechless.

What should she say when it was true?

The boy sighed, approaching his soulmate, he carried her, then left the gym and headed to the nurse.

If you're wondering why he was in her class, it is because he also had P.E, and his teacher, – who was kinder and funnier.– decided to do the class with hers.

When he arrived, he laid her on the patiens bed and tried to find the nurse who was nowhere to be seen.

It didn't take long for him to find the woman as she was drinking coffee in the small nurse rest room.

He knocked on the door and entered.

– Yewon is uncounscious –. He said.

The woman got starled and stood up.

– What happened to my Yewonnie?–. She asked, worried.

The boy didn't have time to react as she was already out of the room. Her coffee laid on the table. Still hot.

He sighed and went back to where he had left the girl not so long ago.

The nurse found Yewon's bruises and gasped, covering her mouth.

Jaehyun furrowed his eyebrows and looked at where the woman was looking. Just to get more furious than how he already was.

The girl's arms were full of band-aids, though some bruises were visible. And not just her arms, but her legs, shoulders, even her back – though they didn't see them.

Jaehyun's eyes teared up.

– I swear, if i find who did this, i'll kill them –. He said, glaring at her bruises.

The nurse didn't scold him as she was also mad.

Yewon was like her daughter in school, and seeing her like this made her mad.

The nurse told the boy that Yewon was just unconscious due to the pain of both her bruises and the hit she got from the dodgeball.

Hearing this, Jaehyun wanted to kill someone so bad – ok, maybe not kill but hit someone.– So he was going to find Kina, but the woman stopped him.

– Not yet. Wait for her to wake up and take care of her when she does. – She said –. When she's ok and is able to leave this room, call me. I'll gladly show that girls a lesson.
Jaehyun smirked –. Sure.

He'll always take care of her as both: her friend and soulmate.

So... he decided to do this first.

He'll give Kina's group a lesson to learn.

– Because no one messes  with Yewon, and neither do they hurt her –. He added.

So... Haneul hit Yewonnie.

Our poor Yewon is suffering so much.
