36 |Opening a new blank page

Yewon sneaked out of Jaehyun's house and headed toward the direction that the unknown number sent her.

She felt bad as Jaehyun said he was going with her, but she didn't want to trouble him.

When she arrived at the place – which was a freaking deserted place far from the city, – she got scared to death.

The place was dark as it was eleven p.m, two streetlights illuminated a small part of the place, making it scarier for the girl.

"What will happen now that i'm here? Am I going to die? Is he here? Will he kill me, or will he do something worse? " The girl's head was full of thoughts.

– You have come –. A voice said, interrupting her thoughts.

She flinched and looked behind her, seeing a dark figure covered by the shadows and, judging by the voice, she knew that it was him.

The figure approached her, making her step back.

– I thought you wouldn't come. Well... I see you listened to me, that's why I won't hurt you –. Jungwon approached her, enjoying her scared state.

She stepped back until her back crushed the wall behind her, Jungwon didn't stop, his steps were slow and intimidating. When he was just inches apart from her face, he bent down to her level and smirked.

– Darling, do you remember what I told you about in your birthday party? When I told you that I wanted you and that I didn't care if I had to fight with your dear soulmate? –. He asked. She widened her eyes, and he held her chin harshly, forcing her to look at him. – Well... tell me, have you found your soulmate?

He knew something and she realized it. His tone was low and intimidating, his face was so close that if either of them made a wrong move, they would kiss.

"Not again." She pleaded internally, "Why do all assholes get in my way? Why are they so obsessed with messing with me?" She questioned.

However, her questions couldn't be answered at the moment.

– Answer –. He said.
Yewon gulped –. I...I...i have found h-him –. She suttered.

He groaned, making her flinch again. Her body was shaking so much, and she was on the verge of tears.

He greeted his teeth – Are you two dating? – He asked, his expression darker.

She gulped again and nodded.

–  God damn it! Aahh! That fucking asshole – The boy frustratedly cursed. He took a deep breath and asked again – Are you really dating him?

She gulped.

This was a lose-win situation. If she lied and said that she was dating Jaehyun – even though she wouldn't say his name, – the boy in front of her would get more mad, and if she told him the truth, she wasn't ready to know what he'd do.

She decided to tell the truth for Jaehyun's sake.

– N-no –. She suttered.
He smiled darkly –. So... you like to play around, uh? Let me tell you that no one can ever mess with me, got it?

She nodded, tears rolling down her cheeks.

Jungwon put a hand on her left, next to her shoulder so that she couldn't escape.

– As you're not dating someone... what about I kiss you? –He asked.

" No. " Is what she wanted to say, but she didn't have the courage to say it. She was too scared to talk. Besides, he would kiss her even if she refused, so what could she do?
