33|First girl

Jaehyun panicked upon seeing the girl closing her eyes and feeling her body numb on his arms.

He carried her in brydal style, unsure of what to do next. However, A-young's voice brought him back to reality.

– Yewon? –. A-young called the unconscious girl.

Jaehyun looked at the girl's phone on the floor and sighed.

" Now... how am I going to take her phone?" He thought.

The girl on the other line called back her friend, this time more worried.

– Uh... Yewon is... unconscious –. He said.
– What?!–. The other girl asked –. Who are you?! What are you doing with my friend?! Leave her, or I swear I'll...
– Calm down –. The boy cut her –. It's me, Jaehyun. I was walking her home.
– Oh... has she fainted?
– She just fainted –. He affirmed –. What do I do now?
– Duh, take her to your house –. The girl said, as if it was obvious.

Jaehyun furrowed his eyebrows, thinking.

– My house? – He asked.
– Yes, your house. Where else do you want to take her? –. A-young asked.

Jaehyun was flustered, and A-young knew it. So, taking his flustered state as a chance, she decided to make him take her friend to his house instead of hers. Why? Well... she was going to make them become closer as they were soulmates, not just that, but she also knew Jaehyun was a good boy, and there was no one else better than him to be with Yewon. So she became their secret cupid.

– Why not yours? – He asked.

He was flustered, not just the fact of taking his soulmate home but also because he didn't know what he would say to his parents – mostly his father.

– Jaehyun-ah –. The girl called him –. You're her soulmate, right? If you want her to fall for you, you'll have to take care of her and be there for her whenever she needs it.
– But aren't you her friend?
– I am. – The girl affirmed –. But I want you guys to get together, so consider me as your secret Cupid. Don't tell Yewon, ok? She'll kill me, and I'm too young to die.
The boy sighed –. Ok, but hung up, I can't as I'm carrying her, and I don't know how the heck am I going to take her phone.
The girl chuckled –. Just leave it there. Tell her she lost it –. A-young said and hunged up the call.

Jaehyun sighed again, and took the girl's phone with his foot, he threw it up and tried to catch it with a hand, but as he was holding the unconscious girl, he failed and the phone fell, its screen breaking.

– Fuck –. He cursed.

After trying a few more times, he finally managed to grab the phone.

He made sure that there wasn't anything else from the girl and headed towards his house.

When he arrived, he opened the door and went upstairs towards his room. He ignored the confused looks from his parents while passing by them.

He laid the girl on his bed and covered her with a blanket, he made sure that she was comfortable and wasn't neither cold nor hot before going downstairs.

– Jaehyun-ah –. His mother called him as soon as he entered the living room.

The named boy sat on the sofa and hummed.

– Who is the girl you have brought home? – She gently asked.

The woman thought that the girl was someone important to him as he had never brought a girl home, – though now he had.

Nonetheless, she wasn't mad, just curious, unlike his father, who looked like he was going to ground him for a year.

– My soulmate –. Jaehyun says, surprising the two adults.
– What?
– Your soulmate? Why was she...
– Let me explain first –. The boy cut them –. I was walking her home when her best friend called her, she told her something that triggered her and she fainted. So, I brought her home as I didn't know what to do. – He explained.

His parents looked at each other knowingly before looking back at their son.

–  Good. I'm glad that she's not a random girl because if that was the case, you wouldn't get able to see the sun again –. His father said, smiling.

Jaehyun smiled, nodding.

– What is her name?–. His mother asked.
– Kim Yewon.
– Pretty name. How is she? Does she treat you well?–. His father asked, concerned.
– Yes –. Jaehyun nodded, smiling –. She is special, you know? She hates fate and soulmates, and she even told me that she didn't want me or need me. But, I managed to become her friend, so we're on good terms right now. She's an amazing person, and she treats me well. –He explained.

While he was talking about his soulmate, he smiled from ear to ear and seemed excited, his mother noticed the almost heart in his son's eyes.

Jaehyun had indeed fallen for her, and it was obvious, even though he didn't want to admit it.

His father nodded, satisfied with the boy's response.

– And... I also want her to genuinely fall for me as I did, so... I'm going step by step.– Jaehyun added.

His mother sighed dreamingly. She clasped her hands together and looked at the ceiling.

– You have already fallen for her –. She mumbled, louder enough to let the boy hear her.

Jaehyun nodded and chatted a bit more with his parents, talking about Yewon, school, his grades, and more.

Filler!!

This was a filler that I also thought was needed for the plot.

So... Jaehyun has taken Yewon to his house for the first time, and his parents already seem to like her.

Next chapter may be another filler. Sorry for writing so many fillers ㅠㅡㅠ, I swear it's for the plot, and it'll get better.

I'm also thinking of making this story a but short ( or not that short), like maybe... 30-something or 40 - something ( as my previous book).

But don't worry, I still have things in the plot, like, I'm planning something too that may or may not bring some drama.

P.S: I'm not sure of watching the next episode of love next door as it will be sad. Nonetheless, I know I'll watch it as I love the show sm. Besides... I'm sure that Seokryu will survive. Her disease surprised me. But I hope she'll be happy with Seunghyo in the end ㅠㅡㅠ.

Oh, and have you seen BND in weekly idol? ( ep 680), it was so funny! Jaehyun and Riwoo imitating Sungho from the back ㅋㅋㅋ.
