I probably won't put one before every chapter unless it's really intense so I thought it important to put one here. Please take care of yourself and don't read this if the following things are upsetting or harmful for your wellbeing. Also if you are struggling then just know you are not alone. It can be incredibly difficult (which is a nice little understatement) to get help. It is absolutely terrifying but makes a world of difference.
