I'm in the break room at school, playing darts with Cristina and izzie. I throw it. I scream as I feel someone grab me from behind and lift me up.
"Derek put me down!" I squeal, knowing that it's him immediately. I giggle as he puts me down and spins me around to kiss me. He kisses me passionately.
I wrap my arms around his neck, sighing in pleasure against his lips. "Der" I smile, pulling away slowly. He smiles brightly at me, rubbing our noses together.
"You're in a good mood" I put my hands on his cheeks, looking into his sparkling eyes. "Yeah I am" he says. "Good.. I love seeing you happy" I hug him. He smiles at me again.
"Can I play with you?" He asks. "No! You always win" izzie says. He chuckles. "Can I stay, though?" He hugs me tighter. They both nod. I grin at him. I kiss him again.
"Why you so happy?" I ask. "Why wouldn't I be happy when I'm with my girl?" He tucks my hair behind my ear. I grin, blushing. I lean in again. "You want more kisses?" He teases me, tickling my belly. I giggle. "Come here" he pulls me into his arms, my body against his.
"Kiss!" I giggle as he keeps dodging me playfully. He kisses my cheek a few times before kissing my lips softly.
"What happened?" He asks as he sees the cut on my collarbone. "Izzie threw the dart at me by accident" I giggle. "Did you clean it?" I ask. "I don't need to" I roll my eyes. "Yes you do" he sighs. I shrug.
"Does it hurt?" He kisses it softly. "Little bit" I say. "I'm sorry mer" izzie hugs me. "It's okay" I chuckle. "I'll take you to the nurses office and she can clean it for you.. okay baby?" He holds my hand. "Okay Der" I whine, following him. Izzie and Cristina laugh at me.
After the nurse cleans it for me, me and Der go back to the break room, but just sit on the couch. "Derek" I smile, stroking his hair as he kisses my shoulder softly. "My baby's hurt" he pulls me closer. I chuckle softly. "Don't be such a softie" I kiss his cheek. He grins.
"Derek!" I yell as he bites my neck. "No more kisses now" I push him away and sit next to him instead. "No, I'm sorry mer" he pulls me close again. I glare at him. "No more" I take his hands off of me. He whines. "I said sorry baby" he groans.
"I won't do it again, I promise" he pouts. I giggle. "I'm sorry" he pulls me onto his lap. "Okay.. I forgive you" I grin. I wasn't mad.
"Do you have work after school?" He asks. "Nope" I say. "Good.. I get you all to myself" he squeezes me. I giggle.
"Can we go out somewhere? Please baby" I tickle his belly. He chuckles. He's not ticklish. "Pleassseee" I say. "Where would you like to go, my love?" He asks.
"Um" I think. "Oh my god baby I need to tell you something" he says. "What?" I giggle at his excitement. "I got a new bed.. and mattress" he says. "What? No!" I yell.
"Shh" he chuckles as everyone looks at us. "Derek.. whyyy" I whine. "This one is better.. bigger" he says. "No! I like being cuddled up together" I hug his neck and snuggle into him. "We can still cuddle up together, it's just better for me for when you're not there" he says.
"Do you like cuddling too?" I ask. "You know I do" he smiles brightly. "Good" I grin. "I think we should go to the cinema" he says. "Me too" I smile.

After school we went to the cinema, and then he drove us home. He paid for the whole thing.. tickets, snacks and food after.
We're now in his new bed and I'm laid on the other side of it to him. I want to see if he notices that I'm not next to him and does anything about it.
Dereks pov:
I'm on my phone in bed next to mer. I look at her and smile. Why is she so far away? "Are you comfortable baby?" I reach over and run my hand up, between her thighs slowly. "Yes" she giggles, nodding. I smile.
"Why are you all the way over there?" I ask. "I knew you'd notice!" She throws herself into my arms. I laugh. "Meredith" I grin, sitting her on my lap and hugging her tight. She cuddles into me.
"You missed me!" She kisses me. "Of course I missed you, baby" I kiss her. She is literally the cutest person to ever exist. "Derek I thought you didn't even like cuddling me" she says. "Of course I do!" I say. She smiles.
"I'll cuddle you forever and ever and ever then" she kisses me. I love her so much I could cry. "Good" I chuckle.
I'm really shocked that mer hasn't come on to me at all tonight, I thought she'd be really excited about having sex in my new bed, but she's said nothing. It's fine, I'll just wait until she's ready.
"Can I listen to music for a bit until bed?" She asks. "Out loud?" I ask. She nods. "Please can you use headphones?" I ask. "But I want to be able to talk to you" she sighs. "I'm sleepy anyways" I say. "Okay" she sighs, grabbing my headphones and putting them on. She puts on music. I rest my head on her chest and close my eyes. I soon fall asleep.
