Jimin broke the ropes, he couldn't assumed how he got so much strength, after being tortured by his father, but now despite all the wounds that contorted his body, Jimin dashed himself closer to the man who was about to attack on Roohyang with his sword.

Jimin moved swiftly, grabbing the man by the neck and driving his sharp claw into his chest, he mercilessly pulled his heart out from the man's chest.

Eodum's other men who were ready to attack stood frozen, staring at Jimin in shock. Jimin's unexpected act not just traumatized them, but also the witches realized that they were wrong about to changing the prophecy.

One of the Eodum's men tried to strike, but without hesitation, Jimin tossed the still-beating heart at Eodum's feet and threw the man aside. Then, Jimin raised his hand towards the attacker, and suddenly, flames engulfed the man, his painful screams echoing in the wind.

Slowly, all the other wolves and witches that stood around him, began to burned with the fire. Their agonizing screams echoing into the forest. Eodum saw everything, the fact that he already lost against Jimin drove him insane to the anger.

However, as Eodum momentarily shifted his gaze towards his men and witches burning through the fire, he realized that he required more preparation. Without wasting any further time, Eodum turned back to leave, as Jimin shifted his attention towards his mother.

Roohyang opened her eyes and gazed at Jimin, with a thud she stumbled on the ground, "Jimin." She muttered.

Limping on his feet with pain and clutching the wound in his stomach, Jimin struggled to reach his mother. His body felt so weak, but he forced himself to keep moving.

As Jimin got to her, he saw how pale and tired she looked, her hands tightly bound and a cloth stuffed in her mouth. His heart broke at the sight. With shaky hands, he untied her wrists and carefully pulled the cloth out of her mouth.

Gently, Jimin placed her head on his lap, feeling the weight of her weakening body. Tears streamed down his face as he realized how close she was to death. His chest tightened, and it hurt to breathe. His voice trembled as he whispered, "Mother, why did you do this?"

Roohyang gasped a long breath, "I always knew I had to sacrifice myself for awakening your powers one day." She said, swallowed a lump formed in her throat.

"Don't leave me alone." Jimin begged, suppressing his cry.

"I have to leave now, everyone supposed to die one day." Roohyang said, she caressed his cheek and Jimin pecked on her hand, pressed through his wounded palm, "But you have to survive," She said, "Promise me you will migrate to the Verasil, the king and his people need you there." She explained.

Jimin nodded his head, "I...I promise." He said solemnly, Roohyang took one last breath and then her hand fell on her lifeless limb.

Jimin's hand trembled as he shut his mother's eyes closed, then he busted out in a loud cry. Deep anger and hatred for the people of Thaloria and his father gripped his heart, he promised himself for avenging each person responsible for his mother's death.

Jimin didn't realize how long he cried his lungs out, perhaps until he loosened all the strength. The dead witches gathered around, paying their respect to Roohyang, heavy rain began to fall, as if the sky has been crying for Roohyang's unfair demise.

Jimin stood up, despite the unbearable pain and anguish he felt, with tears streaming down his face, he used his claw to dig his mother's grave. His father's face wandering in his mind, the man Jimin loathed more than anyone in this world.

With the heavy heart, Jimin buried Roohyang carefully and then built a stone tower to mark her resting place. Grief and love filled every movement, but Jimin pushed through, determined to honor his mother.

The sun had risen, casting long shadows, Jimin laid besides mother, his wounds though stopped seeping the fresh blood but it still ached. His heart thudded loudly with the fact that his mother had left him alone in this world.

Tiara watched him solemnly, feeling the pain, she never felt before. "You need to leave before Eodum return with another huge army." Alas, she broke her silence.

Jimin opened his swelled eyes, he looked at Tiara, and then he busted out again, Tiara felt helpless, but she let him to get rid of all his burden.

"You need to survive for your mother," Tiara said, "I know it's hard but, you need to avenge your father, and for that you have to travel towards the Luminiara sea, that would lead you to the Velaris." She explained, "But before anything you need to take care of your wounds, because your healing ability is not working at all."

Jimin didn't want to leave the valley of dead, he didn't want to leave the place where he grew up and where his mother died, but to sake for the promise Jimin needed to began a new journey.
