I lose my mind
Heavenly Father,
I wonder
Why so far
Do You hear me
As I call Your name
They are chasing me
Yet again
They get louder
And louder
In my head
I hear them closing in
I seek You out
For I find refuge
Under Your wings
It is peaceful and quiet
In Your head.

I lose direction
Heavenly Father,
It is I
Your daughter
Aimlessly roaming
The earth like
A madman
I have gone mad
While I am
Still sane
I am dying
While I am alive
Do You hear me
As I seek out
To approach
Your throne
Petition after petition

In Your silence
I am finished
Heavenly Father,
I sit on a rock
In a desert
Ready to die
Of thirst
I thirst for
Your presence
Your guidance
Your wisdom
Your faith
And Holiness
The Well of
Eternal life
I came with a jar
It is still empty
I donot know what
To do.
