MADDY couldn't help but look back over at her phone, watching Cassie call for the tenth time in a row.

"She's not answering?" Mckay asked Cassie, looking at the blood stains on her light blue dress.

Cassie sniffled. "No, I dont understand why, Nate should be important to her, n-not Sevyn. I know this is all her fault."

Mckay's brows furrowed. "Cass, let's not assume-"

"She's Fezco's fucking sister Mckay, let's be for real. Sevyn was behind all of that shit. How could someone do that to somebody and he didn't stop when we told him to- he- he was going to fucking kill him, Mckay." Cassie ranted, pacing back and forth in the hospital waiting room.

Mckay sighed, rubbing his face with the palm of his hands. "Let's just sleep on it Cass."

Cassie knew something was up and she was going to get to the bottom of it. Sure, she shouldn't be fucking around with her best friend's ex- abusive ex at that, but Cassie didn't care.

Nate didn't either, he liked how sensitive and sweet she could be compared to Maddy's bold personality. Deep down he wished he payed more attention to Cassie from the beginning instead of standing in the middle of the hallway arguing with her best friend.

And now that Nate had Cassie in his corner, it was just going to make things so much worse than it was.

"Why didn't you tell me about Mouse?" Sevyn asked.

Fezco and her sat in his car, waiting for Zero to join them and come outside of a random girl's house.

Sevyn knew who her brother was, and he wasn't the most loyal when it came to settling down.

As Zero would say "I'm nineteen fucking years old, the ring wont look good on my finger."

"You wasn't supposed to find out." Fez spoke, inhaling the blunt in his hand.

"Why you aint tell me you've had nightmares before?"

Sevyn looked over at the ginger, letting her dark eye bags be seen in the night light.

"Who told you that?" She asked.

"It's not hard to hide those eye bags, Sev."

Sevyn snatched the blunt from Fez's hand before taking a large hit, letting the smoke fall from her lips.

"You try wakin' up wit' the image of a naked nigga on your mind." She mumbled catching her brother's attention.

Fez was never one to intrude on Sevyn's emotions or thoughts, mainly because she was the one to speak up first.

"I'm sorry, sis." Is all the ginger could say.

Sevyn inhaled the blunt once again. "It's alright."

It was now the first day of school after the new year.
