"WAIT, you and Sevyn fought?" Jules asked in confusion.
"You got in a fight?!" Maddy exclaimed, looking at Sevyn's small bruises and cuts.
"Yeah...I fucked up, real bad." Rue sighed.
Jules and Rue sat on the overpass, looking down at the small river that read "San Jose County water".
The bruise forming on Rue's eye worsened as time passed and when she asked Leslie for help she said:
"Dont get in no fights if you cant be patient enough to heal."
Basically my mom told me to fuck off and I got what I deserved, which is true. I never fucked with Sevyn to make her mad throughout our friendship, only Fez and Ash.
"She mentioned my mother." Sevyn mumbled, lying down in the bed.
Her soft hands roamed up and down Maddy's hips as her girlfriend sat on top of her.
Maddy paused. "Yeah maybe she deserved that..."
"You deserved that." Jules shrugged.
"Yeah, no shit...and she can whoop ass...like good." Rue said in shock.
"Does she not know who your siblings and dad are?" Maddy questioned.
"Ion really like that fightin' shit though...makes me feel weird." Sevyn expressed.
Growing up, Sevyn was the one who saw everyone else around her become angry or have big blow ups, it was just something that was normal. Though, she couldn't do it herself, at least in front of everyone.
"Well did she wake you up?" Jules questioned.
"Eh, a little I think." Rue answered.
Maddy continued to rest on Sevyn's chest, placing the ice pack on one of her knuckles. "What were you guys even arguing about anyway?"
"So I smoked a little bit of weed and forgot to mention someone I met? By the way, I think you would really get along with." Rue said, swinging her feet.
"And it's not Sevyn?"
"No, It's not Sevyn."
Though Jules had known Sevyn from the couple of times she came around and from Maddy mentioning her, Jules wanted to know more.
I mean, fuck who wouldn't want to know more about Sevyn?
"I'm not gonna get along with him." Jules rested her chin and hands on the pole.
"Why?"
"Because he wants to fuck you."
Rue scrunched up her face. "You really think so?"
"Yes, I know so."
"No. I promise you there's no way he wants to fuck me."
