Angel explained to us that apparently Sir Pentious had proposed to Cherry and she actually said yes! It was amazing news, but I couldn't get my mind off the fact that Heaven had abandoned me. I know they did the same to Lucifer, but I didn't even break any of their rules! I didn't do anything wrong, even by their standards!

I tried to get my mind off of it since I couldn't do anything to change it. Sera abandoned me and Lute is probably already rallying troops to assault the hotel again!

Al puts his hand on my shoulder and offers me a caring smile.

We were all heading to bed and Al was walking me to our rooms when he said something I didn't expect.

"I met with someone earlier today, and they need to speak with you. We have to meet them at a specific spot outside of the hotel and without either of the Morningstar's knowing."

I looked at him with confusion.

"What are you talking about? Who is it and why such a complicated way to meet up with them?"

He gives me hug, "I know it's a lot, but it is in the best interest of everyone here that you meet with them. They'll explain more when you see them."

I simply nod as we make our way to his room. I wasn't really feeling great after today.

Before Al opened the door he stopped and turned to me to say something. As soon as he opened his mouth he closed it and seemed to be debating on something.

"Al?"

"It's nothing. Sorry about that."

He then opens the door and we make our way inside.

The room was tidy as ever, but something seemed off. Almost instantly Al cringed at the sight of the room before panic took over his face.

"T-that's not possible..."

I notice that he's trembling and I reach out to grab his hand.

"Al? What's not possible?"

He pointed to his nightstand where a note sat. I walked over to see it more clearly.

I've found you little fawn.

"What's this supposed to mean Al?"

I turn and see that he's on the verge of a breakdown.

"Al?"

I slowly walk over to him and hug him tight.

"You're okay. You're here with us remember? Nothing bad is going to happen."

His trembling arms slowly hug me back as his shaky voice starts.

"He's dead...I made sure of it..."

"Who?"

"My father."

The realization hit me hard. His father, that worthless excuse of a human being that hurt Al so much was back!

I felt anger building up in me. That monster shouldn't have ever dared to come near Al again after what he had done!

I hug Al tighter as I can hear him start to cry silently, doing his best not to have it be noticed.

"It's okay Al, we won't let him near you. Let's go tell the others before finding a new room for us, okay?"

I barely could hear his whispered response from how quiet he was.

"Okay..."

I broke off the hug but kept one arm around him as I gently walked with him out to the hall and towards Charlie and Vaggie's room. I knocked on their door but there was no answer. I then walked Al with me to Angels room. I knock and this time got an answer as Angel opened the door.
