"Do you ever stop talking?!" Shouted the humanoid enemy, Urban Guerrilla, who had grown tired of Rai's extended explanations and whatever the hell you had just been mumbling. "Maybe I'll leave just your mouth and eyes intact... After I take my time ripping off both arms and legs, you god damn plant appraiser! That's what I'm gonna do to your body! Hugoah!!"

He pointed up at Rai. "But... the relationship between you all... don't think I haven't been carefully observing from underground this whole time."

The plant appraiser decided that now was as good a time as any to push you off the chairlift. Since this had been the plan, Kars didn't stop you from falling this time. Instead reappearing at your side once you hit the ground.

"Rai?! Why did you-?" You wanted to sell the conflict a little bit, so you tried to act upset about what happened. You then turned to the enemy, feigning fear as you stared at them.

You slowly got up to your feet, clutching at your missing arm. Kars' bobcat dashed to your side before rejoining back as the Ultimate Being's arm.

Guerrilla watched, shocked by what had happened. Based on his observations, you seemed to have been getting along relatively well with the plant appraiser. Rai really was ruthless.

"Well, I've been thinking how choosing a good killing order is invaluable for work efficiency. Now you've all seen what we look like... So we need an order that minimizes risk to us." He took his time to look at everyone. "Yup, order is real important here. So, who should we start with?"

Rai flung his knife at the enemy again, but the guy retreated back into the hard shell of the rock animal. The knife only pricked the shell before being moved to stab Guerilla's leg. The guy let out a pained scream. Once the shell closed completely, the blade snapped on impact. The pair descended back into the safety of the ground below.

"Killing order, huh?" You glanced at Kars who still stood beside you. The ground was starting to rumble as the enemy approached you from below. "I guess that's my cue then."

You started sprinting away, heading further up the mountain. You could at least lead the enemy away from pole six so they wouldn't knock the chairlift down.

As you ran, Kars kept an eye on what was going on behind you. "They've started up the chairlift again. There must be something at one of the other poles that they believe will help in the fight. Although, I do believe we could take care of the enemy ourselves. The rock animal's shell is difficult to break through, but if we lure the person out again we could kill him easily."

You nodded. "Sounds good."

The dirt beneath you suddenly erupted. Kars pulled you out of harms way as the rock animal coasted through the soil.

You glanced down at your boots that were now partially shredded by the creature. "Damn, that's the second pair today..."

"There's a bedrock area!" Yasuho's shout carried with the wind. On her phone was a map of the surrounding area that had been pulled up by Paisely Park. "Just past those shrubs!" Even if you could heal, she couldn't bear to watch you get shredded up like that.

You located the spot she was talking about and jumped onto the chunk of bedrock.

Kars eyebrows furrowed in confusion for a moment. "There's only one heat signature following us. The rock human must have separated from the creature. They were trying to bate us as well. I should've assumed they would try something like this..."
