Your little group had gathered under the stables alongside Moxy. It was still pouring out, but none of you minded too much, just watching the water flurry about as you chatted. Although, Santana had been talking more with Moxy. The horse seemed to get along better with the Pillar Man than she did with most people, so that was nice. Wamuu was currently out at the moment, as well, joining in now and again in Santana's conversation, just wanting to make sure the younger Pillar Man was doing fine.

Gyro glanced down at his watch and hopped up to his feet. "It's time for me to go pick up Marco. Do you want to come with me, (Y/N)?"

"Yeah, sure."

Johnny remained standing near Santana and Emporio, already feeling it might be a bit awkward with just the three of them there. Still, he'd at least attempt to get to know them better. It was the least he could do.

So you and Gyro started your way down the street, the latter holding the umbrella above both your heads.

"So... What's the plan?" Asked Gyro. "Do you think you'll be staying mostly in your universe?"

You slowly shook your head. "I... don't think so. I just feel so removed from it all now. A lot has changed while I was gone, and the behavior of... some people... certainly doesn't make the idea any more favorable."

There was a flash of worry across Gyro's face. "Is someone bothering you? Do you need me to do something about it? Fix it with a good 'ol steel ball to whoever's face?"

You let out a halfhearted laugh. "I wish. That might result in you dying an infinite number of times, though, so it's probably not the best course of action."

"Oh." The Zeppeli remembered you mentioning something about this before. "It's that Giorno guy, isn't it?" Yeah... he wasn't so sure how much help he could be anymore.

"And... he might kill Kiaria for me."

"Really?" Gyro stopped walking. While it sounded like good news, he knew there was probably a catch. "What does he want in exchange?"

You sighed. "A date."

Gyro considered your words. "I see. If that's all it takes, then I guess it's fine." He trusted you.

There was a brief period of silence as you continued moving again.

"So..." You decided to direct the conversation back to the earlier topic. "I'm thinking of staying here after Emporio goes off to college. If Santana wants, he could come with. Maybe I'll visit my universe now and again just to check up. In any case, I'm not sure how much I want to stay in Morioh." You didn't know how much else the spider had changed, but you could only assume Johnny would eventually end up getting with Rina. "It's about time I moved somewhere else." Maybe you could just leave the Joestar bloodline to its own devices for a while without getting dragged into some ludicrous situation.

Gyro gently nudged you with his elbow. "We could go to Italy, if you want. Maybe get a new house or just stay in my family's old one. If you don't want to settle down, that's fine, too. I'm all up for a little adventure." A grin started to spread across his face. "There are, after all, technically infinite places we could go visit right now. All those other universes... we'd just have to be careful about our doppelgängers."

The idea had crossed your mind once or twice, but you had never really considered it as an option. But hey, maybe it'd be fun to visit a bunch of random universes in your free time. "I'll have to think on it. I also wouldn't want to make Marco move again when he's just started to settle in." You also didn't want to leave it solely up to Johnny to raise him. "But yeah, we could definitely try to go on more trips every now and then."
