Joshu finally decided to open the bottle of champagne, only for him to send the cork flying.

"Whoops. I slipped." He dropped the bottle, knocking the glasses over in the process.

The cork bounced around the room at an alarming speed. It nicked Tamaki's hair, messing it up again.

"Sorry!" But the smile on Joshu's face made it evident the apology was far from genuine. "My finger slipped pretty badly there. That wasn't on purpose. I must've touched something that made my fingers all slippery." He looked down at his arms in confusion when he noticed one of his wristbands had slipped off somehow.

"Hello?" You could faintly hear Yasuho's voice. "Josuke?"

You saw Gappy quickly search for your phone that he had accidentally let fall into the couch's crevice. He took a few steps away from everyone else to try and continue his conversation without further interruptions.

"I'll pour the champagne, Joshu. Go wash your hands or something." You turned the glasses right side up again and filled a few of them.

Joshu took a seat beside you.

"So, the dry cleaners. Listen to this, (Y/N)!" Hato lightly tapped your hand to get your attention. She was clearly excited to talk about her boyfriend.

"Oh, sure." You set the bottle back on the table, giving the woman your attention. "What happened at the dry cleaners?"

"There are lots of customers that will go to the shop to get things cleaned but never come back to pick them up! Like, a ton of them! Would you believe that?! There's a mountain of brand name items there! Nobody came to pick up a mink coat that cost tens of millions of yen. Who the hell would forget something like that?!"

"Wow, yeah. That is pretty crazy." You nodded along to her story.

Norisuke frowned. "Are you saying you became interested in him because he gave you that as a present?"

She booped her dad on the nose while pouting. "That sounds so mean! Don't be like that!"

"Where exactly in Morioh is your dry cleaners?" Norisuke was trying to get a better read on the man dating his daughter. "You said it's called Damokan cleaning, didn't you? Is it near Mutsukabe Shrine?"

"Yes..." Tamaki's voice came out as quiet as ever. "It's at the back of the train station."

"Hm... is that right?" Norisuke fiddled with the scruff on his chin. "I'll have to check it out next time I'm in the area. Has it been around long?"

"We just renovated recently."

Hato leaned on her boyfriend's shoulder. "It's next to a photo studio. I was working there doing a photo shoot for a designer. I was wearing this gorgeous necklace" She showed the group a photo of her wearing said necklace. "that also had the designer's accessory on it. Then, KABOOM! The string snapped and it scattered everywhere. It wasn't my fault! Of course I didn't want to break it! But the designer and cameraman were steaming mad!"

"And then he showed up, delivering some cleaned clothes for the photo shoot. He found and picked up every little piece that had fallen. Then, just by looking at the photo, he somehow remade the entire necklace."

"Hmph!" Joshu was not impressed. "So you're interested in him because he put it back how it was, huh?"

"Bzzzzt! Wrong! Too bad!" She poked her brother in the face. "Here's the fixed necklace." She quickly clasped it around her neck. "If you look really close, you'll see it's got a different design. It has the characters for 'I love you' in it! Kya!" She cupped her boyfriend's face. "That was soooo coooool!"
