The False avatar

Chapter 14 Once a blue moon

The story begans with the rain falling as the winds howled and thunder bellowed. Water falling ceaselessly on the trees. Azula looked at the unending rainfall with boredom from within the confines of her warm house. "Lala give it a rest. Sho-sho won't be back until the next hour." Zuko told her as he sat down next to him.

"Sho-sho can handle the storm. He's smart enough to avoid any and all trouble." Azula blankly stated. "No I am more concerned with other things." Azula added. "Well since we have time to kill. Why not share your concerns ?" Zuko asked her. "It's to do with the avatar." Azula begans. "When I was listening onto jet's sophisticated plan on preventing the firenation soldiers from burning the forest." Azula said sarcastically. "I overheard him lying and manipulating the avatar inorder to fill the dam up with water." Azula said.

"Why does it matter zula ? You stopped the douchebag from flooding the town." Zuko said trying to cheer her up. "That's the problem, If I wasn't there. Then the avatar would've destroyed an entire village. The fact that the avatar could be manipulated into doing that he isn't suppose to do scares me. He already has the odds stacked against him. And now the fact he isn't wise enough to avoid traps just brings alot of concerns. What If someone else manipulates him with a sweet honey tone voice ?" Azula said as she begans to spiral. Zuko gives her tight hug.

"True, but if they managed to learn anything from this experience. Then that might not happen. And I don't see anyone but the clinically insane getting manipulated by Zhao." Zuko says with disgust at the mention of his name. "Okay your clearly insulting the intelligence of the clinically insane. Even they have a some brain cells to avoid that absolute creep." Azula retorted. Zuko just nodded his head in agreement. 

Shoto(pov)
He worked diligently to pepare each of the dishes respectively. He steady the soup broth before adding the noodles. After the noobles absorbed the rich broth. He began adding the meats slices. With salt and extra spices for the added kick. After that was done, he cracked and cooked an egg sunnyside up and placed it down on the fried rice before adding in curry.

He then grabbed the two trays. And headed outside to the last customers of the day. He placed the food infront of them. The both of them were fresh red face print on their faces. With grey clothing and a certain lack of arrows. Made him conceed that they just came back after a successfully mission. It wasn't his place to judge so he didn't.

But as the two men talked with each other on their normal lifes. As they conversed with each other. They began talking on about their recent mission. "And now that we caught that little airbender. What do you think is gonna happen ?" The man asked his compatriots. "Likely we are gonna be subjected to another hour of admiral zhao hearing his voice." The man said with scoff. "I hope to Agni that we don't." The man said with a shrudder.

Immediately that sentence caught his attention. Shoto looked at them with a widen look. He then acted as if nothing had happened. The two men then leave the establishment paying for their meals. Shoto watched them leave. His mind was chaos but he took a breathe and gather his thoughts. 'Okay the avatar was captured ? Horrible. They are located in the pohuai stronghold ? Also terrible. But the avatars friends must know of this. They might be trying to free him as he speaks. Good. But one of them is an untrained waterbended and another is an incompetent warrior. Bad.' Shoto thought to himself.

No matter what way shoto looked at this. The chance of the avatar's little gang to succeed, was next to impossible. So seeing no other opition shoto took on his mask and black armour. He then made his way through the forest. His tracking skills came with great use. As he traverse the forest with great skill and ample ease until he managed to find the avatar's friends. Who were laying on the sides of the air byson. When he landed he immediately noticed that something was wrong with them.
