Zuko's eyes shakily moved as he regained consciousness. He sit upright until he lay down on his back. He looked around his surroundings until he foundout that he was in palace infirmary. There sat shelfs and desk were hundreds of herds, vials chemicals and pills of medicines all organised perfectly.

"Your awake !" A voice exclaimed. Before zuko could even blink, he was enveloped in a tight hug. "You damm damm idiot, what on agni name were you thinking. I almost got a heart attack." Shoto screamed at his younger brother. "Easy sho sho my ears are ringing." Zuko weakly told him. "Your ears are ringing, I hope they explode for all stress that you put us through." Shoto screamed in his ears with burning intent.

"Did I win ?" Zuko asked. "That's what you want to know the moment you wake from a three day coma." Shoto said with hysterically. "Yeahhh." Zuko said. "Agni lend me patience. No you did not win. Lu ten wasn't scarred and since you were unconscious they declared him the winner." Shoto said with extremely frustrated tone.

"Ease sho-sho, it's not like anyone was hurt." Zuko tried to play it off. "Well If considering that you cause our dear mother to have a panic attack, Lu ten to panic and think that he accidentally murder you and Iroh trying his best to keep things calm. Yes I would say no one was hurt." Shoto said with heavy sarcasm. "I am gonna in alot of trouble aren't I." Zuko said realising the dept of trouble he got himself. "I will be more surprised if you weren't." Shoto said bluntly.

"I need to ask zuko. Why ?" Shoto said to him. " What ?" Zuko looked confused for abit. "Why did you particupate zuko ? You are only 4 and yet you participated in an agni kai that was not meant for you ?" Shoto asked with concern. "I told you the first time. I want dad to be proud of me. And what better way to show then an agni kai." Zuko said as if it was the sensible thing to say. Shoto looked taken back, 'shit shit fuck. I shouldn't have taught him firebending. Now ozai is gonna be gave his attention. And if that happens.' Shoto shuddered remembering the smell of burnt flesh and the haunting screams of his brother.

"Sho Sho you okay." Zuko asked. 'Damit I am zoned out.' Shoto thought. "I am fine zuko." Shoto said mechanically. "Just abit taken back." Shoto added. 'Understatement of the century. Agni did I just threw a target on my own brother. No he would've gained the attention of ozai either way. I need to plan these otherwise agni's knows what ozai will put him through.' Shoto planned to himself.

"Just promised me this zuko, look at me in the eyes. You will not ever ever do something like ever again." Shoto ordered his brother. "Okay ?" Zuko said. "No no say I promise it won't do stupid things like that ever again well at least until you are 17 at the very least." Shoto. "I promise sho-sho." Zuko told his brother. "Oh and just so we are clear, I am calling mom on your butt. I hope you are pepared for the biggest butt whipping that you will ever receive." Shoto added a smug grin seeing zuko's terror striken face.

The phrase 'It was at this moment he realised that he fucked up.' Could best summarise the momentous look on his face. And with that Shoto left and called his dear old mother. He could watch as her face morphed from relief to he is dead. He watched her stormed past him and make a beeline straight to the palace infirmary. "Thank god he's not dead." Lu ten said from beside him. 'Agni's mother where did he come from ?' Shoto thought. "Not now at least, with the way mom was looked. I think my dear sibling is to about to experience the last day of his life." Shoto said with a blank expression.

"Ohh he is busted." Lu ten while fake whispered. "Anyways grandfather wants to see you in his study." Lu ten told him. Shoto looked at him perplexed and asked, "Did he tell you anything else at the very least ?" Shoto asked. Lu ten shook his head and said no. Shoto took in a deep breathe as he tried to gather his thoughts. "Don't worry I makesure to tell you about all the way Zuko got butt whipped once you come back." Lu ten said. "Thank you for making things just a bit more managable." Shoto said to his adopted brother
