Chapter 21 The last supper

Shoto(pov)
The story began as the morning sun rises up and with it awakes the shoto. His slowly opens as he stretches his limbs. He quickly gets up and moves out of his bed. He goes to the washroom and splashes warm water on his face. Then gets a towel and washes his face with it. Following that he leaves to go the kitchen and begans breakfast. He decided that he will do something extra for his siblings for once. They deserved it after what they had to be put through yesterday.

He takes a massive bowl and filleds it with boilling water and places bone marrow in it. And then following that adds various sauce and spices. After the bone marrow and spices along with the sauce diffuses evenly. He then adds in rice noodles and then slowly bit some raw meat slices. And to top it off he adds in green onion and jalapeno peppers. He waits for moment for the broth to properly diffuse with meat.

While he pepares Azula's breakfast, he makes four pancakes and then brings out honey combs and places in between each of the pancakes. While applying whipped cream up on the pancakes. While also sprinkling some chocolate sauce. He then placed a few banana slices on the sides. 'Perfect.' He thinks to himself. He takes both of them by a tray and leaves to their rooms.

He opens the door to Azula's room and sees that she's still asleep. He places her breakfast on the table. And then adds a heart shaped note beside it. Before he leaves he gives Azula a kiss on the forehead and leaves. Following that he enters zuko's room and the first thing he notices is glowing yellow hair. He placed his breakfast on his desk aswell. But he then moved zuko's bed and touched his hair. It was soft unbelievably soft and warm at the same time.

To any firebenders having a favor directly from agni was a monoumentous sign. But to shoto it was quite the opposite. It was the mark that he was forever tied to destiny and fate. Something that he hated more then anything in his life. He hates destiny for all the pain and isolation it brought in his life. And he'll do everything he can to break his siblings from it. He then left shortly after.

Katara(pov)
She slowly opened her eyes up as she gave out yawn. Suddenly he heard a knock and looked at the door. "Katara Aang sokka I made breakfast." The voice of teacher came following two more knocks. Which woke Aang and sokka. "Coming." She swiftly replied.

Katara quickly got along with Aang. She went into the wash room first and splashed luke warm water in her face. And then she got out and saw that Aang was wide awake bubbling with excitment. While sokka was still in his bed. "Sokka get up your gonna miss breakfast." Katara told as he shake him. "Later." Was all he said before turning to the other side.

Katara then got some of the waters from tap and turned into cold not ice cold. But cold enough to earn the desired result. Which was a sokka giving a scream and falling out of the bed. He gave katara a glare, while katara feigned innocence. He then got up all the while giving his sister a stare of anger.

They then got to then living room and took their seats. He gave Aang a plate of pancakes with black berries and chocolate syrup on top. Katara a fresh bowl of ramen with two eggs and lastly Sokka got a plate of bacon, toast, sausage and eggs sunny side up on the sides. While for himself Shoto pepared a steak with rosemary garnishing. Which sokka looked at enviously. As Katara and Aang respectively enjoyed their meals.

"Where are zuko and azula ?" Katara asked as she took bite of her egg. "They're asleep, yesterday was incredibly exhausting and life ending for them. I believe they deserve a little more time to rest." Shoto said calmly. But before second his eyes twitched slightly. Which katara noted to be peculiar. "Sucks to be them, not even death can keep me away from you're cooking. It's so good, heck I would even say it's better then mom's cooking." Sokka preched as he finished eating his eggs. "I appericated that you think highly of my food." Shoto commented as he took another bite of food.
