Eva's flight home left at 2 o'clock the next day. She was attempting to pack and Liam was distracting her, sitting on the bed and trying to make her feel guilty. "Why do you have to go? Your classes are online. Stay with me. It's only three more shows." Then he took half her clothes out of her bag.
"Because, my writing class is actually meeting the first day to go over the syllabus. Stop that." She put the clothes back in the suitcase.
"You can get it online. You don't need to be there. Tell them you were out of the country, feeding orphans in Africa." He took the clothes back out.
Eva sighed and rolled her eyes. "You are not being helpful."
"That is the point. Don't make me do it. I will. I swear." Liam threatened her. Then he took more clothes out.
"Liam!"
"Evangeline!" he mocked, making his voice high and squeaky. "I'm going to do it. You know you can't resist it." He attempted to take more things out of the suitcase but she fought him. "Okay. You asked for it." Then he started to sing. He knew she was a sucker for him singing. "You should probably stay, probably stay a couple more days..." He stood up and moved to her, putting his hands on her waist. "Come on let me change your ticket home..." He pressed his forehead to hers, looking into her eyes, singing softly. "You should probably stay, be with me, a couple more days. Come on let me change your ticket home..."
"Liam! I have to go!" she protested.
He belted out at the top of his lungs, "Don't go! It's not the same when you're gone and it's not good to be all alone." He knew he had her. "I wrote that song for you."
"You did not. Julian wrote it." she said.
Damn, he thought. Went to far on that one. "I gave him the idea."She looked at him squinty eyes, with her lip curled. She didn't believe him. "I swear. I have a writing credit on it." He leaned in for a kiss. "So, you should probably stay, stay with me..." He kissed her. She put her arms around his neck and he lifted her up,off her feet, so she could wrap her legs around his waist. He shoved her suitcase off the bed and laid her down, kneeling on the bed. "a couple more days..." He moved for her neck, just below her ear. If he got it just right, she'd moan and he would win for sure. His kisses continued, trying to find that magic spot and he used his hands to remove her shirt. He stopped kissing her long enough to lift it off and throw it to the side. He moved to the other side of neck and then it happened. She moaned. He won. She was going to stay.
She stayed for the last three shows, back to riding the bus and annoying Louis, which was fun now that she knew how to really get him going. The bus was still boring, but she discovered a game where you could challenge people to a race and race against them in real time,on your phone. She showed Niall how to play first. On that first day, they spent three hours laying in his bunk, playing each other. They had no idea how much time had even passed. They got everyone on the bus playing and it staved off the boredom. She was surprised how quiet the bus got when everyone was playing. It was the perfect solution!
Louis was a total baby when he lost so he was the funnest to play against. She was laying on his lap on the couch. They had been playing for hours. Naill and Liam were sitting at the table, playing each other.
"Ha! Got you again, Lou!" she laughed.
"Damn it!" Lou yelled and threw his phone down in disgust, right into Eva's face. She screamed in pain and fell off his lap. "Oh,shit."
Liam was out of his seat like a shot and trying to see the damage. He couldn't get her to move her hands. The scream brought the bodyguards up from the back of the bus. Niall was trying to explain and Lou was still on the couch, horrified by what he had done. Someone handed Liam some ice. He pulled Eva into his lap, and pressed the ice onto her hand, She moved it enough to let him put the ice on her face.
