"Are you ready?" Niall asked. She nodded, to nervous to speak."Before I do this, I need to tell you something." Eva turned and looked up at him. "A long time ago, I told you I'd be happy about you getting married if Liam proved to me that he deserved you. With everything you have been though this last year, I can tell you that he does deserve you. I support this marriage with my whole heart,Eva."
Eva teared up. She reached up and hugged Niall tight. "That means more to me than you know, Niall. Thank you."
He nodded and said, "Okay, let's do this." He turned and faced the door of the small hut they were waiting in. Eva heard music start. A guitar. Then words. "When your legs don't work like they used to before, and I can't sweep you off of your feet..."
"Niall, that's not a recording." Eva said.
Niall winked at her and said "Ed owed me a favor." Eva didn't even know what to say.
Niall pushed open the door and they stepped out. The sun was setting, painting the sky in brilliant shades of pink, yellow and purple. On the water, there was a golden path that started at the skyline and seemed to end right at where Liam was waiting. Andy was standing next to him and off to the side, Ed was playing his guitar and singing her favorite song. Liam smiled when he saw her and she could tell he had tears in his eyes. Niall walked her down the beach and to Liam. The pastor asked "Who gives this woman to be married to this man?"
"I do." Niall said and gave Eva's hand to Liam. He stepped back, next to her to listen to the ceremony.
"Lady and gentlemen, we have come here today to bind two hearts, two souls, into one. I had the chance to speak to the two of you before this day and have witnessed the love you have for each other. I truly feel that as long as you have each other, you will be able to survive any obstacle you face in this journey called life. If you are ready, Liam, repeat after me. I, Liam James Payne..."
"I Liam James Payne, take thee, Evangeline Elizabeth Stuart, to be my lawfully wedded wife. To have and to hold, in sickness and health, for richer or poorer, until death us do part."
"Eva, repeat after me, I, Evangeline Elizabeth Stuart..."
"I, Evangeline Elizabeth Stuart, take thee, Liam James Payne, to be my lawfully wedded husband. To have and to hold, in sickness and health, for richer or poorer, until death us do us part."
"And now the rings, please?" Andy handed to the rings to the pastor. "Liam, do you take this woman to be your lawfully wedded wife?"
"I do." he said and slipped on her ring."
"Do you Evangeline, take his man to be your lawfully wedded husband?"
"I do." she answered, placing his ring on his finger.
The pastor held up his hands and announced, "Ladies and gentlemen, for the first time, for now and forever, Mr. and Mrs. Liam James Payne. You may kiss the bride."
Liam leaned down, took her face into his hands, and kissed her.
Only one more chapter! *tears*
