Liam was nearly done with the video shoot. Louis kept messing it up, on purpose, he was sure. He hadn't talked to Eva in four hours. They made him turn of his phone at meetings and took it away at shoots. Didn't want a ring to ruin a take. "Okay, last time. Louis, get it right. I'm tired." the director said.

Out of nowhere, Lou, the hairdresser came running to Liam. "Eva's on the phone. She said she needed you."

Liam took the phone and said "Hello?" There was nobody there. "Nobody." He handed the phone back to her.

"She was screaming, Liam. Screaming at me to get you. Something is wrong."

Liam went white. "She was screaming?" Lou nodded. He ran to the dressing room, searching through his things to find his phone. He turned it on. 87 new texts. 2 voicemails. He scrolled through the texts. They all seemed to be some variation of 'call me.' He listened to the voicemail. Lex was in trouble. She was leaving. The country. She was leaving the country without him. The next message was from Paddy telling him that Eva was looking for him.

He called her back, but it went straight to voicemail. Her phone must be off. She must already be on the plane. He didn't know her flight number. He didn't know when she was landing. Did she know how to get a rental car? Did she make it though security? She'd been 'randomly'selected on 6 out of the last 10 flights they had been on. Chances were good she would get picked again. She would have a panic attack. He decided to text her that he had his phone and as soon as she could, call him. She'd be allowed to turn her phone on at some point.

Eva settled into her first class cubby, asked for a drink and a pillow. She listened for the announcement that it was okay to turn on her phone. They were about to take off. She buckled up and tried to relax. She'd be able to turn on her phone soon. She hoped Lou had heard her and got the message to Liam. Finally, half and hour later, they got the all clear to turn on their phones and other electrical devices. She powered it up and saw that she had a bunch of texts, but most importantly, Liam said to call. He had his phone. She instantly felt better. She dialed and waited to hear his voice.

"Evie?" he said.

"Liam." She was so relieved to hear his voice.

"What's going on? Are you on a plane? What's your flight number? When do you land? How many layovers? Did you make it without being randomly selected?" Liam was still in panic mode.

"I'm okay. I'm on flight 2543. Two layovers, no plane changes. And I was randomly selected, yes."

"Oh, for Christ's sake. We need to complain about that. It's ridiculous. Did he touch you?" Liam asked.

Eva recapped the security check for him. "But I made it. I cried, but I made it though."

I swear to god, the next guy who has a 'thumb slip' on you is going to meet my fist. They have no right to touch you there. None. It's mine, damn it."

That made Eva laugh. "Well, it's mine. I just let you rent it out, every so often." She was still giggling. "I feel so much better now. I didn't want you to get home and panic. I made a mess in your closet."

"It's okay. Explain what's wrong with Lex."

Eva told him the entire saga of Lex not knowing how to pay a bill or buy food. "I need to go help her. And mom needs to get her ass out of bed. I don't even know how that happened. She was fine when we left."

"Ya, but there was still people there. It's just her and Lex. It must have hit her that she's alone." Liam said.

"I miss you." Eva said.

"Me, too." There was silence on the phone. Finally, Liam spoke again. "How long do you think you will be? Do you want me to come?"

"You can't. You have things booked until December. You need to be in England. And I really have no idea. Hopefully, one damn day and then I will be back to you." Eva said.
