Dean-
Coming home drunk. It doesn't happen often, maybe once every two weeks, but it is annoying when you have to help him sort himself out. And the hangovers are even worse.
Sam-
Staying up really late on the laptop or looking through books. This way, he doesn't get much sleep, but he says he's used to it by now, but you still try to get him to bed by midnight.
Charlie-
She always watches TV shows. Literally every minute of the way. One TV show after another.
Gabriel-
Sugar rush. His love for candy sometimes gets out of control, causing you to be deprived of sleep because of the very hyper trickster.
Castiel-
He's always gone for months at a time, doing his angel business up in heaven. There's no way to predict when he's gonna be gone next.
Crowley-
He's always tortouring someone or talks about tortouring someone. He's locked in the basement over 2/3 of the time and it can get annoying.
Kevin-
He's buried deep in science books whenever he has free time. But since he only has a year left of school, you don't complain much.
Lucifer-
Gambling. It's been a bad habit of his for about a year or two before he met you. It's an on and off thing.
