Dean-
When he gets drunk, he spits out as many cheesy pickup lines at you as he possibly can. They're pervy compliments, really.
Sam-
He gets into a really cuddly mood, but sometimes things go a different way than what he had planned. He also cracks jokes.
Gabriel-
He flirts with you and just doesn't want to get his hands off you no matter how hard you try. Or he goes on a pranking spree. Both are fun for him.
Castiel-
Since it does take a lot to get him drunk, it doesn't happen often. But he's the most random person ever. He's like a tumblr user and questions everything, which usually makes you question your entire existence.
Crowley-
He's super fun and lets you do things he normally wouldn't. Like torture someone or run hell. So in the morning, unfortunately, he has more than a hangover to deal with.
Kevin-
He usually takes you to the beach to watch the sunrise and 'accidentaly' drops you into the ocean or buries you in the sand.
Lucifer-
He loves playing party games while drunk because they're ten times more fun than when you're sober. Especially twister.
