Dean-
He always cuddles you until you fall asleep again and makes hot chocolate early in the morning to make you feel better.
Sam-
He won't let you fall back asleep until you tell him what happened. Then he'll go make you tea to make you feel more at peace.
Charlie-
She would keep you up, watching various movies to make you forget your terrible nightmare.
Gabriel-
He takes you to this dream like state where you get to kill whatever was giving you your hellish nightmare. He's the trickster, and he's already done it to Sam and Dean before, so it's no big deal for him.
Castiel-
He would try to understand what your nightmare was about and then make you forget it.
Crowley-
He always hugs you and makes you feel comforted before you fall back asleep again. If that doesn't work, he'll find some poor soul for you to torture and take your anger/sadness out on.
Kevin-
He'll cuddle you until you fall back asleep and ask about the nightmare next morning.
Lucifer-
He'll let you sleep it off and make you breakfast the next day to make you feel slightly better.
