Title: The Stars We Share

Thor stood at the edge of the cliff, the vastness of the Asgardian night sky stretching endlessly before him. The stars shimmered like scattered diamonds, their light casting a soft glow over the lush landscape below.

But even amidst the celestial beauty, his eyes sought only one thing-Jane.

"Does this ever get old?" Jane's voice was quiet, her tone almost reverent as she pointed to the twinkling sky.

Thor chuckled, stepping closer to her, his broad hand gently brushing against hers. "It is beautiful, but not as beautiful as you." His voice was low, filled with the sincerity only Thor could carry in moments like these.

Jane's cheeks flushed slightly, but she didn't shy away. "You and your Asgardian charm," she teased, though there was a warmth in her eyes.

Thor smiled. "I am but honest, Jane."

For a moment, they stood there in silence, side by side, the cool breeze weaving through their fingers as their hands finally intertwined.

"You know," Jane began softly, "I used to think that the stars were just something we looked up at from Earth. But standing here with you, I realize... we're under the same stars, no matter where we are."

Thor's grip tightened gently around her hand, his thumb brushing her skin. "And yet, the stars mean nothing without you by my side, Jane."

She looked up at him then, her brown eyes reflecting the sky above. "You make me sound like the center of the universe, Thor."

Thor tilted his head slightly, his gaze tender and unwavering. "To me, you are."

Jane let out a soft laugh, the sound so familiar and comforting to Thor's ears.

"I missed you," she whispered, the weight of those words sinking deep into the quiet night.

"And I you," Thor replied, his voice thick with emotion. He gently pulled her into his arms, his large frame enveloping her in warmth. "I was a fool for staying away for so long."

Jane rested her head against his chest, the steady thrum of his heart beneath her ear calming her in ways she couldn't describe. "You came back," she murmured. "That's all that matters."

"I will always come back to you, Jane Foster," he promised, his voice barely a whisper against the cool night air.

Jane lifted her head to meet his gaze, her eyes shining with unshed tears. "And I'll always be here, waiting for you," she said, her voice filled with love and a quiet strength.

Thor smiled, bending down to press a gentle kiss to her lips. It wasn't a kiss filled with passion or urgency, but one of quiet devotion, of promises made without words.

When they pulled away, Jane rested her forehead against his, her fingers tangling in the fabric of his tunic. "We're looking at the same stars," she whispered again, more to herself than to him.

Thor's hand came up to cradle her face, his thumb brushing her cheek tenderly. "Yes," he said softly. "And every time I look at them, I will think of you."

In that moment, the vastness of the universe seemed small, the distance between their worlds insignificant. All that mattered was the love they shared, the unbreakable bond that spanned across realms and time.
