Proposal failure part 3

Lan zhan decided to propose with Roses to wei wuxian. So he went down to caiyi town to buy some flowers from there.

Lan zhan found many types of flowers and roses but he chose a deep red coloured roses which reminded him of his wei ying.

Aside from its appearance, lan zhan chose that also because it symbolises romantic love. Lan zhan bought 17 roses as it's the number of years before they met.

Lan zhan decided to give under the beautiful cherry blossom tree in cloud recesses after the all lectures to be safe from danger.

[ After all the lectures ]

Lan zhan hurriedly went to his room and took the deep red Roses and went where the cherry blossom tree was. He then realised that wei wuxian isn't gonna pass through here because he has to copy the rules.

Lan zhan kept the Roses on the bench made of rock and left to drag wei wuxian there

Wei wuxian along with nie huaisang and Jiang cheng was copying the rules in one room. They were caught breaking the rules again and Jiang cheng was there because he let them break rules also helped them in some sort of way.

The unofficial sworn brothers were roasting Lan Qiren to extreme level for being such strict and having useless rules.

Jiang Cheng threatened them, "if you two idiots break any other rules and get caught but take me in with you for the punishment, i swear to use you two as floor sweeper and sweep the floor using you then wash you both roughly like clothes"

Wei wuxian said, "Isn't copying the rules 50 times enough that you're yapping in my ears again ?"

Nie huaisang sided with wei wuxian though he knew Jiang Cheng would chew him out if he did but still he did and said in defence, "Weixiong is right, look Jiang xiong i think rather than fighting if we complete the punishment then we can atleast rest"

Lan zhan entered the room making the unofficial sworn bros finch as they thought lan Qiren just heard them roasting him and entered to give punishment.

The unofficial sworn brothers having the same brains cells lifted their right and kept on their heart when lan zhan suddenly opened the door.

Three of them then got relief because it's lan wangji and he wasn't that strict with them and doesn't enforce the rules on them. ( You know the reason is......... Wei wuxian)

Lan zhan requested wei wuxian,"wei ying, I have something important. Come with me", saying that lan zhan grabbed wei wuxian's hand and pulled wei wuxian up who was still sitting then dragged him out of the room.

Jiang Cheng rolled his eyes meanwhile nie huaisang looked at them interestedly. Jiang Cheng saw that nie huaisang wasn't copying instead was looking outside so he took an extra brush and hit nie huaisang with it then said sarcastically, "Do you want Lan Qiren to sit with you instead because you're not copying the rules"

Nie huaisang yelled, "Jiang xiong, I'm not wei xiong!", after yelling he then continued to copy the rules.

Lan zhan dragged wei wuxian under the beautiful cherry blossom tree. Wei wuxian was still confused why lan zhan brought him here.

Lan zhan told wei wuxian,"Wait here.",wei wuxian was still confused but nodded. Lan zhan went to find the Roses he had brought for wei wuxian but

UNFORTUNATELY, the Roses weren't on the bench on which kept them. Lan zhan eyes wide opened and he got stressed because of that he made 5 rounds from his room to the cherry blossom tree in search of those roses.

1 hour has passed now and wei wuxian is starting to worry about copying those rules in time.

Lan zhan came with a sad puppy face to wei wuxian. Wei wuxian immediately asked what was the importance thing,"lan zhannn! What was the thing you want to tell me ?"

Lan zhan looked down and was thinking what excuse should he make . Suddenly he remembered of seeing some disciplines breaking rules late at night.

Lan zhan looked at wei wuxian and said,"2 days earlier I saw 3 disciplines sneaking inside of cloud recesses during  mid night "

Wei wuxian raised his eyebrows and asked with a straight face,"Did you report it to uncle lan Qiren?"

Lan zhan nodded his head in response. Wei wuxian's straight face quickly turned into furious face with his eyes giving death stares to lan zhan.

Wei wuxian folded his hands then said,"So it was you......", lan zhan then realised that he said something that he shouldn't have said.

Lan zhan asked after realising ,"Were you with those disciplines?",wei wuxian nodded his head in anger and said,"Now, endure the punishment"

Saying that wei wuxian grabbed lan zhan's hand then dragged him back in the room where nie huaisang and Jiang Cheng were copying the rules previously but now the room is empty.

Wei wuxian gave lan zhan papers then ordered in angry at the same time scary tone,"You reported it to uncle Lan Qiren, it's okay but you dragged me when I was gonna finish it with my peers now I'm the only one who hasn't completed copying the rules."

Wei wuxian grabbed the brush and hands it to lan zhan while saying,"Now you'll complete the punishment for me!"

Lan zhan without any hesitation took the brush from wei wuxian's hand and said in a apologetic tone, "sorry, i didn't saw it was you . I'll copy the rules for you but only this time"

Wei wuxian watched lan zhan copy it while sitting on the bed snacking on the rice crackers given by lan zhan. Soon he fell asleep, lan zhan completed copying and got up then to where wei wuxian was sleeping.

Lan zhan adjusted wei wuxian body so that he could sleep comfortably then bended down to plant a affectionate kiss on wei wuxian's forehead.

He smiled softly seeing wei wuxian snore loudly then said, "I love you wei ying............sleep comfortably, I've finished your punishment".

Lan zhan bended down to plant another kiss on wei wuxian's forehead and soft cheeks.

he left the room after assuring that wei wuxian's safe. Wei wuxian got up smiling then he puts his hand on his heart trying to control his heartbeat.

He mumbled,"Why are you......beating...so fast ? Lan zhan's gone now please stop beating so fast or he might hear it"

Wei wuxian thought about what lan zhan did and said just a few moments ago and blushed heavily that he has to bury his face in the pillow.

He mumbled again,"Thinking about you, lan er gege makes my poor tiny heart race so fast."
