Wei wuxian and Lan zhan were once again inside the hidden cave and this time Lan zhan tied his forehead ribbon on their wrist before hand.
They entered the cave and found rabbits. Lan zhan and and Wei wuxian climbed up and Lan zhan first touched the killer string and felt a different level strong spiritual energy.
Wei wuxian went towards the rabbits and played with them as he waited for Lan Yi to show up. Lan zhan sat and closed his eyes to feel the energy. He then touches the Killer string again and suddenly everything around him disappears .
Lan zhan's pov
I thought that this is the killer string but it looks like it's not killer string but something else. I'm not sure but when I touched it I felt thousands of spiritual energy vibrate inside my fingers.
I decided to play it while Wei wuxian played with the rabbits. When close my eyes and played a single string, suddenly a blue and white colour waves hits the place from the Qin and everything disappeared including Wei Ying.
I panicked and started looking for him. But i couldn't find him nor the rabbits.
As stepped in the water my leg which is under water started to glow and emitted blue coloured light which scattered around the water.
Then my focus went on my hand which surrounded by blue foggy thing rotating around my arm. I lifted my hand and closed it then all of it disappears but right after I opened it again a white glowy ball of light appears on my palm.
I was stunned and my mind went blank . All of a sudden, it became more colder and I had difficulties in breathing as the entrance was somehow closed or doesn't exist.
I look around and tried to analyze what's happening here and where can Wei Ying be. My attention was caught by the unknown powerful Qin.
I wasted no time and went to it. this might be strange but i feel I experienced it before but don't know how and where and why do I fell like this.
The place started to fill up with water out of nowhere. I was scared enough but this made me even more scared .
I shifted my attention on this Qin and closed my eyes, as I touched the strings my mouth unconsciously uttered,"Wei....Ying...".
Then I got lost in playing the Qin .I felt like I have done it for centuries but don't know why. I felt like I'm naturally connected to this energy and this Qin.
I saw some energy surrounding the Qin and it becomes vibrant when I play the strings.
My curiosity was at it's peak and i couldn't resist myself from playing it . I decided to take some risk and know from where it originated.
The water has reached my leg and I have no time leftover so i quickly performed empathy on the energy emitted by the Qin.

However, that might be my mistake because now I'm freaking out and my eyes widened in disbelief from what I saw. I got goose bumps all over my body trying to process what I just discovered.
I looked my surroundings and yelled,"Please shut up!!", because I heard all the spirits whispering about me and saying, "The light bearing lord is awake now"
I kept both my hands on Qin and started to breathe heavily. The water now reached my hands. I panicked alot but kept myself cool to save myself and find Wei Ying.
The energy surrounding the Qin started to gather around my hands and it immediately penetrated inside me.
By then the water has reached around my neck and soon it surpassed my face and drowned me in snap of a finger but i couldn't do anything as I was stuck where I sat near the Qin.
I uttered my last word before losing my consciousness, "Wei Ying" ,and closed my eyes with a smile because Wei Ying always bring me happiness and I'll atleast die with a smile which was brought my expressionless poker face by him .
