Crowley gazed at his husband Aziraphale who was still sound asleep next to him. He watched Aziraphale until the angel stirred, rubbing his eyes with a yawn.

“Happy Christmas Angel.” Crowley said tenderly as he planted a kiss on Aziraphale’s lips.

Aziraphale smiled, making the demon’s heart melt. “Happy Christmas my love.” Aziraphale snuggled into Crowley’s chest. Crowley wrapped his arms around his husband, hugging him close, feeling like his chest was going to burst…..

“Waaaah!” The sound of their baby daughter’s crying could be heard.

“Crowley, the baby…” Aziraphale said as Crowley bit back a sigh of frustration.  He was going to try to get Aziraphale in the mood for some….well….you know….

“I’ll get her Angel, meet ya downstairs?”

“Of course. To be continued dear boy.” The angel smirked as they pulled apart and got out of bed.

The moment Crowley stepped into the nursery, the baby’s crying stopped.

“Just as I thought!” Crowley huffed. “You ain’t fooling anybody Eden Alexandria Queen Fell!” Crowley peeked inside the crib and sure enough, his curly red haired daughter was smiling up at him.

Crowley ran a hand through Eden’s dark red curls, the exact same hue as his own, smiling. “Little troublemaker.” He chuckled as Eden flapped her tiny black and white tipped wings.

Crowley scooped her up into his arms. “Happy Christmas Queenie.” He murmured, kissing her dark fiery curls.

“Ga ga!” Eden replied.

Aziraphale smiled as Crowley entered the kitchen with a very happy baby Eden.

“Good morning my Little One, Happy Chritsmas.” Aziraphale smothered her in kisses, making the baby giggle.
Crowley took over making breakfast so Aziraphale could feed Eden at the table.

“Eden will be so excited when her godparents come over.” Aziraphale remarked once Eden ate her fill.

“They are literally the only humans who have the ability to wear her out.” Crowley said as he served Aziraphale his breakfast.

“Which is good, they’ll keep her busy while we put the finishing touches on our Christmas meal.”

“Where is my wee bairn?” The thick Scottish drawl made baby Eden’s wings flap excitedly. She was chewing on a plastic ball, sitting on Aziraphale’s lap.

“Ah, there she is!” Sergeant Shadwell declared as he entered the family room and plopped onto the blanket that Aziraphale and the baby were sitting on. Aziraphale sat the baby on the quilt and she instantly crawled to her godfather.

“Are ye wreaking havoc like a good little anklebiter?” Shadwell chuckled as Eden touched his stubbled cheek. Shadwell stroked her black and white feathers gently, admiring their beauty.

Madame Tracey was in the kitchen with Crowley. “How are things?” she asked. The bags that had formed under the demon’s eyes were gone and he looked well rested.

Crowley beamed as he checked on the turkey baking in the oven.

“Wonderful. Or as Aziraphale would say, tickety boo. We’ve both settled into Eden’s routine, got her schedule all sorted out with plenty of time for the two of us to have some alone time in the evening before bedtime.”

“That’s good to hear Crowley.” Tracey replied with a smile.

A little while later, with their bellies full, Shadwell, Crowley and baby Eden were sound asleep on the couch. Eden was tucked into the curve of the Sergeant’s arm, clutching the stuffed lamb that Shadwell had got her for Christmas.
Tracey was helping Aziraphale tidy the place up by picking up the wrapping paper that Eden had dragged all over the place as she played with everyone. She was quite intrigued by the paper more so than her new toys and clothes. Aziraphale and Tracey of course had stopped for a few brief moments to take a few pictures of the slumbering trio on the couch.

Best Christmas ever.
