<Vienna Main Chapel Square>

"Citizens of the Austrian Insurgence! You have sinned! By the Decree of Cain Kaslana and by the Decree of the Holy Maiden all sinners shall be heavily defrocked, from your time on this earthly land! Seek your repentance in Hell!"

Parchment decrees rained from the sky as Valkyries dressed in white tore open the city. It was too dark to discern the yellow accents that were supposed to be gold. All the citizens, the children, the women, and the men knew was that Kallen Kaslana, their protector had condemned them to hell.

"Mercy!"

"Forgiveness!"

In response to their cries, chains erupted from the ground, ensnaring them, but they were protecting them. Did the Holy Son answer their calls? The rampaging Valkyries engaged with Koleston's true Valkyries. The Oath of Judah illuminated the central square, right outside of Vieanna's Main Cathedral.

"I Kallen Kaslana rebuke this false decree! The citizens of Vienna, the citizens of Austria are innocent! I swear on my Valkyrie Oath! My Valkyries Rise! My Valkyries Defend! Today we purge the scourge of the Black Rose from this earth!"

Gold and yellow became distinguishable and the design flaws became more apparent. Kallen's Valkyries were outnumbered twenty to one. The mass terror was temporarily halted by confusion. Citizens fled not knowing what to believe. Honkai energy ionized the space, countless particles swirled in a storm of terror and power.

"Eleanor you'll be in charge of rescue and recovery! Remember your positions! Scatter!"

Like stars, they shot out across the dawning sky. Streaks of hope and justice tackled the various false stars that bloomed across the city. Pure chaos erupted but an unlikely ally sided with Kallen Kaslana. The gray and reddish hues of Vienna's Valkyrie guard clashed with the agents of the Roses. Roaxanne's work no doubt.

As the injured were removed and the severely wounded were saved Kallen stood alone standing on the tallest spire of the church with an emboldened flush on her face. She was a pillar of awe and divinity, facing off against a hundred Black Rose agents. Some petals and some knights.

"Surrender!"

A command so domineering even the fleeing citizens stopped in their tracks for a moment. A woman broke from the front that faced her. A familiar childish face, a lacquered thorn whip, and a mechanical arm greeted Kallen's entrance.

"Who to believe," She cackled fiendishly. The Petals around her tensed ready to engage Kallen in combat. "I think your focus is misplaced. I know what your true emotions are. Kallen Kaslana you've failed this city."

Kallen agreed. There were casualties, Vera was missing, and her Valkyries were once again thrust into battle against unfavorable odds. She was their tyrant but they followed her. Still, she had to trust them and push forward. For her justice, for her Kaslana Oath. The chains of Judah shook restlessly if the agents moved she'd crush them. Both sides would rather remain still. If Kallen fought her strength could endanger the lives she swore to protect.

"Surrender!"

Pillars of light erupted across the city. The same pillars of light that consumed Skye lit up the morning sky. Kallen stopped breathing, she didn't need oxygen. She was on the threshold of wrath. Her blizzard howled a divine incarnation sent to shatter the Rose.

"Only six," Emelia furrowed her brow. That was eleven short of the seventeen she had planted. "A traitor. No matter, we go into hiding today. While the Overseer is preoccupied with Vienna we will strike the other countries."
