Get information was the only thing in her mind. But most people were busy, clearly in their own worlds when Lilianne entered the common room. She had been at a loss for the whole day in the capture subject and was desperate for the gossip. Weasley's words had shaken her.

She hoped to find one of her friends yet most had classes, perks of not picking Ancient Runes or being in the frog choir. Then again, who could she ask?

There were third years picking on each other, and seventh-years snogging. A couple of people were reading, but she did not know them. Right at the back of the room, a mop of blond hair stuck out. Draco Malfoy was writing in a notebook, sitting on a secluded couch by himself.

She was still a bit mad at him, but in balance, he had apologised. Rather reluctantly, but he did it. And it was his birthday the day after tomorrow, she should be on good terms with him by then. She could start now.

So decisively Lilianne walked towards the little nook he had found for himself and spoke.

"I didn't really get all the details on yesterday's events. I was told you were the star?" Flattery will get you anywhere. Draco immediately turned to face her, his brows raised in wonder and a surprised little smile appeared in his face.

"I... She's back?" He said still a bit of shock in his voice, even if he tried to drown it. She figured he was referring to their talk the day before, "Maybe... if you tell her the full story of what happened yesterday" she gave him a playful smile.

"Right" He cleared his throat, moving so she could fit on the couch with him. She took the offer, her attention fully to him, he was loving it. "Well, I..." Lied my way to one of Potter's people, no that sounds damn bad. She looked at him with intent, curiosity almost ripping off her body. I have to make it sound a little better, more chivalrous, yeah, that I'll do.

"I had my suspicions of a Ravenclaw girl" He said confidently. "The one with boils?" Lily asked. "Yeah, that one, though she did not have boils then" Draco confirmed, "They appeared after, must've been some sort of jinx".

"Well, anyway" He ran his hands through his hair, thinking of his next words "I turned out to be right, not unusual" The last made her smile, a smirk on his face too at her reaction, "And I led the whole squat to Potter's secret hiding place" He boasted.

"She told you where it was?" She questioned, if that was the case, she must have not known those boils would grow on her face as a result. "Not exactly, she sort of did... Because she thought she was telling only me" He looked at the fireplace, with how good she normally was, she might get upset with him again. But she wasn't, she just wanted to know what happened, and nothing she was told was too awful until then.

He looked to find her still sitting, looking at him. It was better for him to stop with the subject. Funny how yesterday he could not stop talking about it, to anyone who listened and if they had an opinion on the matter he could not care less, yet now he did not want to speak of it to prevent her from getting mad at him. Funny how also, he didn't notice that particular fact.

"And that was it really, we caught them and there was that" He said. This disappointed her, all that fuss and the story was so short, "That's it?".

"Yeah, well..." He scratched his neck. "I figured there was more to it, they are making a whole thing of it, the Gryffindors" She commented, his mind quick to form a response that did not damage him. "No, of course there's more" He said, flashing a proud smile, "After we found them, the minister of Magic came. He was very pleased you see" he added, making her raise her brows, "He looked me up, we shook hands. If keep up this path I shall be in the Order of Merlin in no time"
