You hastily hang up the phone, tossing it to the couch, and sigh heavily. It's Monday morning now, barely 7 am and you had just called off work for... well, indefinitely, really.

The receptionist tried asking you why and even asked you to reconsider for some reason. However, you couldn't falter. You apologized for the inconvenience, but it was an emergency. You hope you can explain soon, but you can't say anything more for now.

The poor receptionist had confusingly accepted your absence, then you just hung up on them immediately after.

Ugh, what a mess...

You look around the living room, putting your hands on your hips. Your May and Heart are eating their breakfast right now, and Max was-Well, Baby had taken a nap on Max's back so he was sitting by the couch to not disturb his little sister.

Cuties.

Your heart hurts at the sight of them.

Ticci Toby, Jack, and Tim were out this early, and you were told they probably won't be back until late afternoon. Jack and Tim were a bit hesitant to tell you where they were going (which surprised you that Jack would hesitate if you're honest), but you're oh-so lucky that Ticci Toby has no qualms about telling you instead.

The 3 of them will be heading to the rich part of town to an RV dealership. They're straight-up planning to steal a luxury RV. If you all go on a road trip, you're going to do it with style.

"Or," Ticci Toby snickered before leaving, "If we find something better, we'll probably kill a rich person for it."

...Well, that sucked. Like, a lot.

In the possible scenario of killing someone aside, you brought up the concern with Jeff and Ben who stayed behind. If they steal it from some rich guy or even steal one from a dealership, the vehicle could be tracked down as it will be bugged to be tracked down. There's no way something that fancy won't have its risks.

Ben waves a dismissive hand, "Nah, we don't gotta worry about that. I'll just handle it."

You raise an eyebrow, not convinced at all.

"I'm not some mastermind hacker, mind you. But it shouldn't be too hard to get that sorted out," Ben winks, "Computer stuff is kinda my thing if you haven't noticed."

Jeff snorts, keeping his eyes on the TV ahead of him, "Yeah, I think she noticed. Dumb-ass."

You're in your room with the two, your big suitcase open on your bed as you stifle through your wardrobe and closet for clothes you want to bring with you. Jeff is playing the hit mobile game Jenshit Importation on the Playstation, while Ben is sitting next to him mostly watching you. Ben was being cheeky and telling you which clothes you should pack because he imagined it would look good on you.

If you were completely honest, you didn't care that much so you listened to 80% of his suggestions. Only 80% though, the weather was starting to get colder and you wanted to stay warm.
