Chapter 11

Alex's POV

Luke is standing in the middle of the room holding a bunch of flowers, and a shopping bag. Why is he even here? I suddenly feel hot, even though it's not. So I place the casserole on the counter, and look at him. Big mistake. Because he's looking hot, and I have had two glasses of wine already. Nevertheless. He must explain his presence

"How did you get in here Luke?"I question with a raised eyebrow

He doesn't answer, and the shock of him showing up hits me. More so because I'm barely wearing any clothing. Finally he clears his throat

"Josh...Last night...... he gave me his key." He stammers. Still standing in one place.

Why would Josh do that? But I can't dwell on that now.I need to go change out of this revealing lack of clothing, because the room has suddenly filled with sexual tension

"Luke. Please sit. Have some dinner. I'll be right back okay."

I make a dash for it, but he's too quick. He grabs me around the waist, and I know I'm done for. The familiar feeling is back. This isn't safe ground. Me being so close to him. Wearing this damn lingerie. Having had wine. I suddenly feel very very.......

"I asked you a question Alexandra What the fuck are you wearing.?" He looks down at me with those dark eyes.

Even though I'm quivering inside I won't show it. So I stare up at him with a coy smile.

"Well Luke. I'm sure you're not oblivious to the fact that this is lingerie."

"No I'm not Alexandra. The question is. Why are you wearing it?"

"Because I'm by my lonesome Luke, and I decided that dressing in lingerie,  when I'm alone, is going to be a tradition for me going forward.Okay. I also didn't expect anyone to come by."I roll my eyes walking away

But he grabs me again. Turning me around to face him grinning slowly like an animal about to attack his prey.

"Okay Alex. Since it's a tradition you're trying to set. Then by all means. Keep it on yea."

We're so close, that I can feel him. It's not safe, but I'm actually enjoying it. He's really very sexy

"Are you sure Luke.You sure you're not going to be distracted."I  ask flattering my eyeslashes."

"No Alex. I won't be distracted. I can handle it. The question is. Will you be able to?"

"Mmm. Don't challenge me Mr O Connor." I smile slowly.

"That smart mouth of yours is really brave today Alex. Could the reason for that be the opened bottle of wine on the counter. " he asks pointing to the bottle.

"Yes well, I thought I was going to be alone. Anyway would you like to join me for dinner Lukey?" I ask sweetly

"Lukey? Really Alex?Your insane today. What's gotten into you"?

"Nothing Luke. Just being myself. So?Dinner?

"Yes. I'd love to Alex."

"Okay sir. Go take s seat, and I'll bring it to in a bit." I do a little curtsy. He laughs as he walks to the lounge

Being alone gives me some time to get a hold of myself. I need to calm my nerves, before I go join Luke. Taking a deep breath. I lay out a tray. Including 2 plates of food, cutlery, glasses, and the wine, and carry it to lounge.

"Luke. Would you like some wine?"

"Yes baby. I think I'm going to need it." He groans

Handing him the glass of wine.I sit next to him, and without wanting to cause attention to myself I try to cross my legs. Big mistake. Because he groans again. Actually maybe I can play a little game of seduction. So I sit with my legs folded underneath me. I feel great knowing he's affected by me as much as he affects me. I've never really tried to seduce anyone before. I never thought I could, but this seems like its going to be fun.
