I take a packet of oranges and go over to the other aisle to look for the grapefruit. Yemma Saliha said it's good for his immunity and thus, I'll make him a fruit salad with all the fruits which will help him recover quickly.

Throwing all I need and crave in the basket, I stroll over to the wellness section of the store to get him something to relieve his pain. Maybe some warming pads?

I choose a few items, which I think will help and add them to the basket. My eyes wander to the woman's section and just when I am about to grab my Go-to pads, a thought strucks my mind.

No! No?! Or is it maybe? Possible? Allah! I don't- I don't know what to think! Aaliyah calm down.

I stand there, glued to my spot, starting at the rectangular packaging and don't know how to feel. I bite my lips, until I feel like if I keep on biting, I'm going to eat my lips, from the amount of biting I'm doing.

I turn around and try to take deep breaths. Just take them. Just take them. What ever thr result is, is for the good, InshAllah.

I turn around and take at least two from each brand, throwing them into the basket and hurrying towards the cashier.

When I'm standing in line, waiting for my turn, I frantically tap my feet against the floor and look around to find something to distract me.

I spot the bakery, which is part of the store and I go over to get us some bread and pastry.

After chatting with the lovely woman behind the counter, I feel my uneasiness fading slowly.

Grabbing my boxes, which she packed with her specialities, I return to the line, but it's much longer now. I opt for the the self-pay registers and soon I'm putting everything in my car trunk.

I devide the shopping into bags, so that I can put the cart back. A few minutes later, I'm driving back home.

It's around 6pm right now and I'm surviving on two cups of coffee and a light lunch from the cafeteria of the company, I gave my interview in.

The interview itself was a good hour and a half and then I had to do a rationality test and practically solve some furnishing issues in rooms, which aren't the usual shape of a square.

Between the two, I had a lunch break, where I called Ouhaib to remind him to eat something and take his medications.

He whined a lot, as we both weren't aware of the other two tests. The confirmation email said it's an interview, so I planned for maximum two hours, but here I am 8 hours later.

Technically, I could have finished earlier, but i took my time, to do my best in the test, to possibly secure a higher score and with that my acceptance chances would be higher.

Even Ouahib, despite of complaining that It's taking longer, made sure to lecture me to take it easy on myself and do my best.

When I was on the video call with him, he was still cuddled up in the bed, but his face wasn't as scrutinized with pain, as earlier this morning and he wasn't feeling as cold so he removed the second duvet, which are good indicators of his improvement.
