The hustle-bustle around the whole house faded in the background as Nandini got ready for her big day with the help of the stylists. Her mother-to-be, her groom's mom was in the room as well, watching her getting ready.

The soft rays of the sun came through the window, passing the barriers of the curtains. Casting the room with a delicate glow and a cozy ambience.

The groom's mom placed her hands on Nandini's shoulders as she sat in front of the mirror. Her loving gaze met hers through it. A soft smile, filled with adoration lingered on her lips as she spoke,
"Ready to be Mrs.Park, dear?"
Nandini's nervousness eased for a brief moment by her voice. Heart fluttering at the thought to be Mrs.Park. She nodded slightly, her nervousness visible.
Mrs.Park smiled softly, speaking again, "Don't be nervous. Everything will be alright. Okay?" Nandini smiled at her words. Mrs.Park spoke again making her chuckle softly, "You're looking even more beautiful. I'm quiet proud of my son's visions."

She patted her back before leaving to get the flower bouquet. Nandini looked at her reflection at the other side of the mirror. She was wearing a silk misty-rose coloured saree, the pearl jewelleries adorned her look, her hair was tied up in a loose bun, some white spireas tugged at the corner, giving the look a touch of graceful perfection.

Mrs.Park walked in with Yoongi and Hoseok, the flower bouquet in her hands. Both Yoongi and Hoseok's face lit up with a wide smile when they saw Nandini, looking ever so beautiful for her special day. Yoongi spoke up, his tone light-hearted, "Ah, I knew Jimin was going to get a fairy....but I see it now, he's getting a fallen angel." Everyone in the room chuckled, including Nandini. She spoke up this time, "Many more fallen angels are waiting for you there in India. Just go and find yours."
Mrs.Park handed her the flower bouquet. The light-hearted banters kept going on until she left to the hall room with the stylists.
Yoongi and Hoseok kept talking, trying to ease the nervousness within Nandini.
Her heart was thumping in her chest as she kept fidgeting her fingers with the bouquet. She was nodding at whatever they were saying, but her mind was elsewhere.

Her eyes widened slightly as a familiar tune echoed through the hallway. She knew this tune. Very well. It was her favorite song. Mere naam tu from the movie Zero. Yoongi smiled as he leaned in to her height and spoke, "He chose this song just for you. He wanted everything to be perfect for his bride-to-be." adding another flutter in her chest. She took a deep breath, not wanting to appear like a crying mess.

Yoongi offered her his arm to link with hers as that time when she walks down the aisle approached. Nandini smiled at him before linking her arm with his. He was her brother, even if not from her own bloodline. He was and He will be, forever.

The spotlight fell upon her as they both walked in. Nandini's eyes instinctively searched for its pair, just to find them already staring at her.

There he was, the man of her dreams, the man she cherished from her teenage life and will keep on cherishing the rest of her life, looking devastatingly handsome, smiling at her. He looked like a prince in his black suit. His eyes were shining....with happiness, with the tears of joy, the joy of triumph, over the social norms and all the hatred. His queen was now finally walking towards him to start a new journey together. A new life, which will only be filled with happiness, positivity and.....love.

Jimin took her soft hands in his when she reached the altar. His touch gentle and loving, as if he was holding a treasure. And indeed he was. She was his treasure. Someone he's been looking for all his life.

The song stopped, and so the loud cheers from the well-wishers as the bride and the groom shared a brief eye contact. Their gaze mirrored emotions, a silent promise to stay by each others side forever and ever. The priest approached them, starting the rituals. The hall room fell silent, waiting for the groom to take his vows. Jimin squeezed Nandini's hands gently as he cleared his throat, ready to take his vows.

His voice thick with emotion as he started speaking,

"I still remember the day when I first saw you. These doe eyes of yours, holding an ocean of untold emotions, your infectious smile. It got me thinking, 'How can someone look so beautiful just by smiling?' Those were the days I didn't know the meaning of love."

he paused, swallowing hard as he gazed into her eyes, his own eyes glistened.

"I fell in love with you a little more each day, each moment, each word, each smile...each time we shared...each memory we created....and here I am, still falling in love with you."

"Today. I promise to love you more each day. To cherish you, respect you, protect you. To be your strength when you're  weak, your comfort when you're sad, your joy when you're happy. I promise to be the best husband, the best partner, the best father that our child could ever ask for. And most importantly, I promise to love you for eternity....just like I've loved you for past four years."

His voice trailed down as he finished. The crowd sighed softly, listening to his heartfelt words. Nandini was smiling while looking down as her tears flowed.
The priest turned to her, prompting her to speak her vows.
"I..I don't think I can top on that." she admitted, blinking back her tears, eliciting soft laughter from the crowd. Jimin smiled at her encouragingly, silently telling her to proceed.
