"How does that feel? Too tight? Is that better?" Ruben, the stylist asks Elyssa. She stands in front of a full length mirror looking at how the outfit she was given fits. "No that feels great. This is probably the most comfortable thing I've ever been given for a shoot." She jokes as she takes the top off, giving it back to Ruben. "Perfect. We will see you next week for the shoot." Ruben prepares to give Elyssa some privacy to change back into her street clothes. "Thank you!" Elyssa smiles as she makes her way to her car. Elyssa sits in traffic on her way back to New Jersey from New York as her phone rings. "Hey" she smiles, jacks name popping up. "Hey. I had a straggler come home with me." Jack laughs. "You can't see but I'm flipping him off right now!" Luke yells from a few feet away from Jack. Elyssa laughs at the brothers, only picturing their banter. "This straggler apparently has something to tell us when you get back. And I really want to know. He left me on a cliffhanger." Jack tells his wife. "Oooooo, now I'm interested. Lukey just tell us now!" She laughs. "No!" He stands his ground, "it's an in person tell." "Are you pregnant?" Elyssa jokes, making Jack laugh. Luke hesitates a little, making jacks face drop. "Did you get a girl pregnant?!" Jacks voice grows louder. "Luke!?" Elyssa screeches through the phone. "No. But that was funny." He laughs, sitting back on the couch. "Ok. Well i should be home in like 15 minutes." Elyssa ignores Luke, not rewarding him for the joke. "Alright. Drive safe. Love you." Jack hums. "Love you." They both hang up. Elyssa walks into the apartment her and Jack are slowly packing up, hoping to move into a house soon. "Hey Lukey" she smiles as she puts her stuff down. "Hey" he looks up from his phone while sitting on the couch. "Where's-" Elyssa gets cut off by Jack entering the main area. "Ok tell us!" He chants, settling himself next to his wife. "Yeah tell us!" Elyssa chimes in with a hop. "I was wondering if you guys want to go to dinner and meet my girlfriend?" Luke asks cautiously. "I knew it!" Elyssa claps her hands. "You have been on your phone way more than usual." Jack laughs at her, a smile across his face. "Of course dude" Jack accepts his little brother's invitation. "Ok, ok. What's her name? Can I follow her on Instagram or is that weird?" Elyssa sits next to Luke on the couch, pulling out her phone. Luke laughs as she opens the app. "Hannah," Luke tells her, Elyssa searching the name under his following. "She's private. Maybe I'll wait until after I meet her." Elyssa considers. Luke nods, agreeing with her idea. Jack sits next to Elyssa on the couch, handing her a water bottle as he sits. She quietly thanks him. "When's this dinner happening?" Jack asks. "Tonight?" Luke grins, hopeful. "Sure. Make a reservation." Jack nods. "Me?" The younger brother is surprised. "Yeah you. Your girlfriend, your idea, you make the reservation." Jack explains, Elyssa nodding showing she agrees with her husband. "Fine. I'll see you guys later." Luke accepts the task, standing up to leave.
"Nap with me?" Elyssa smiles sheepishly from their bed. "I was gonna do some cleaning," Jack doesn't turn around from his dresser. "Please?" Elyssa hums, making Jack turn around. "I'll lay down until you fall asleep." He compromises. Elyssa smiles up at him as he crawls next to her in bed. He pulls her to lay on his chest, gently rubbing her back. "I love you" she looks up, kissing his jaw. "I love you" he says quietly, kissing her hair.
Jack was putting away dishes when their bedroom door opened. "Sleeping beauty has risen!" He jokes as Elyssa sat on the counter. "How do you feel?" He stands between her knees. "Good, a bit tired still but I'll survive." Her hands resting on top of his on her thighs. "You're so strong." He kisses her before continuing his task. Elyssa laughs, brushing off his comment, trying not to get butterflies. "I'm gonna go shower." She hops off the counter, being stopped by Jack kissing her swiftly before letting her walk away, rolling her eyes with a smile. "What're you wearing?" Jack enters their bedroom, Elyssa exiting the bathroom. "I think jeans and a black top. Maybe this one, it's a little flowy." She enters her closet, holding up a black silk tank top. Jack nods, planning how to match her. He chooses jeans and a knitted black collared shirt. His attention turns toward Elyssa as she huffs. She has her top on, buttoning her jeans. Jack approaches her, silently seeing if she's okay. "I can't get them to button," she lets her hands drop from her jeans, giving up. Her eyes water, making Jack hold back his smile. His heart fills, realizing that her stomach is growing but quickly comes back to the situation to try and help her. "I'm too big for my clothes." She sits on the bed, pants unbuttoned. "Why are laughing?" She almost laughs through her sadness. "This is cute!" He defends himself, sitting next to her. "Do you a pair that's bigger? Like a different brand?" "I usually wear a belt with one pair. But these ones normally fit perfectly! They're my favorite pair." She exclaims, similar to a child. "I'll go get the other ones for you to try." He lightly squeezes her thigh before going to get the jeans. Elyssa stands, taking off the jeans, putting on the ones Jack gives her. "Better?" He stands behind her, looking in the mirror with her. "Yeah." She says softly. "I'm glad." He kisses her neck. "Thank you" she smiles delicately. He kisses her head in response, holding her hand to lead them to leave.
"Hi guys!" Elyssa smiles as her and Jack approach Luke and his new girlfriend at the table. They both stand up, Hannah looking nervous. "I'm Elyssa" the girls hug. "Jack." He shakes her hand. "Hannah" she introduces herself to them, a smile plastered on Luke's face. "Don't worry, I totally remember the first time I met their brother Quinn, I thought I was going to throw up, but I lived to see another day." Elyssa tells Hannah as Jack and Luke talk. Hannah lets out a breath, "ah, thank you." before going back to the group.
