Mia hadn't spoken to Max since they had done it in the office. Chris wasn't giving up on finding out who gave Mia the love bite, he was convinced Max had done something to her.

When Mia woke that morning she went through to the kitchen and saw Chris "Mia, have you done something with Mr Tyler?" Mia frowned and spoke "you think I had sex with him, don't you?" Chris sighed "you said you were with him, then you have a love bite. What am I supposed to think?" Mia shrugged "anything but that! Gosh Chris, he's way too old" Chris watched as Mia turned and went into her bedroom slamming the bedroom door.

Skyler and Tom were growing closer and Skyler thought she was falling in love with him but she knew it was only one way. Tom made them breakfast "when did you get so good at cooking?" Tom laughed "it's just a fry-up" Skyler smiled at Tom "best fry-up I've ever had".

Mia got into school and Karla approached her "Mr Tyler wants you" Mia hid her grin and went to the office. When she got there Max was sitting on the sofa "I've hardly seen you since our encounter in here" Mia grinned and she sat with him "you said we had to keep a low profile, that's what I was doing" Max smirked and took her arm "ow" Max frowned and lifted up her cardigan sleeve to see cuts "what happened?" Mia said nothing so Max spoke again "what happened?" Mia took a deep breath "it's my fault" Max frowned again "what was?" Mia sighed "Skyler, she's cutting herself" Max sighed and spoke "that's not your fault. I think we need to speak to Chris" Mia had paled "no! Don't tell him please!".

Tom dropped Skyler off around the corner from school so they weren't seen together. Skyler wasn't able to help what she was feeling for Tom. After getting into the school building Skyler really needed to see Mia.

Max had reluctantly agreed to not tell Chris about Mia harming herself. Leaving the office Mia saw her "hey!" Skyler turned and walked over to her "I've been looking everywhere for you" Mia faintly smiled "I was in the office" Skyler rolled her eyes "again?" Mia shook her head "no, we didn't. He asked to see me and see if I'd told anyone about us having sex. Told me that he could lose his job if anyone found out so you have to promise you won't say a thing" Skyler nodded and spoke "I promise, I won't say a thing".

Skyler and Mia were in registration "Mia, did you and Mr Tyler use protection?" Mia looked around to see if anyone was listening and she turned back to Skyler "yeah, a condom. Why?" Skyler smiled "you could get pregnant" Mia paled "don't scare me, I don't want a baby" Skyler giggled "anymore passionate embraces then always wear protection" Mia tried to hold back her laughter "wow".

Skyler stayed behind to speak with Tom. When the room was empty Skyler spoke "I never really thanked you, for looking out for me" Tom smiled "it's my pleasure. Gets a bit lonely" Skyler smiled "thanks though. I really do appreciate everything you've done for me" Tom stood and hugged Skyler "you're a talented girl and I'm happy to help you".

Mia was thinking about her encounter with Max and how badly she wanted to have another one but she knew it was too risky, especially in the office.

Skyler went to meet with Mia outside "I need to talk too you, like now". Skyler took Mia over to the far side of the school and turned to her "I'm in love with Mr Clarkson"...
