The Saiyan managed to grab Kuriza by his tail and swing him in circles. He let go, flinging my companion in the distance.
"Kuriza!" I called out to him, panic drenching my voice. I received no response. My fear turned to fury as I growled fiercely, "I've had enough of you!"
"I'm feeling the same way right now." He threw his hand in my face and I knew something bad was coming my way. Not too long after, a large beam blasted me downward. It scorched my skin pretty badly, somehow managing to crack most of my armor. I crash landed hard in the dirt. Out of my peripheral vision, I spotted Kuriza struggling to stand and I gasped. He propped himself up by using a tree.
"Did he do that to you? I'll kill him!"
"I'm fine. See? As long as we-" I felt a piercing pain ripple throughout my body. Kuriza seemed mortified. I looked down and to my utter horror, a fist covered in my own blood punched through me. I began to sputter droplets of my blood out of my mouth. "Kill him, Kuriza..." I ordered before everything went blurry. "Kuriza, I..."

                              Kuriza POV:
"Solstice! My Solstice!" I mourned. My eyes locked onto the murderer, who scraped the body off his arm as if she were nothing. "You've slain my Solstice!"
"Yes I did. And you're next." He advanced towards me threateningly. I whipped my tail at him, sweeping him off his feet. I charged at him with two small sparking black orbs, one in each hand. Somehow, he managed to reflect the Death Balls and he bounced them to the nearby trees. I internally cursed myself for not mastering my father's skill. While he was down, I pounced on him and pinned him in place by using all of my weight.
"You foolish ape! I'm about to make you pay!" I bore my red eyes into his and something in me snapped. 'Is this telekinesis?' I thought as my mind practically squeezed around his. All he could do was struggle and flail beneath me. Within a minute, his head burst and his screams were silenced. Satisfied with my new power and with avenging Solstice, I got off him and stood up. I took one good look at the corpse of my loyal friend and guardian before picking her up and laying her down under a broken tree like the princess she was; her arms crossing her chest, her legs straight, and her tail, almost fully regrown, between her legs. I fell to the ground in remorse a few feet away.
"Lord Kuriza! Where'd that rogue go off to?" Ocarina appeared, panting from traversing the vast forest.
                              "He's met his fate."
"What about Breezy and Lady Solstice?" I didn't give him an answer, preferring he saw for himself. When he found her body draped gracefully on the soil, he gasped and gagged.
"I already miss her." I droned in disbelief. "I never even got the chance to tell her. It's not fair!" I choked out. I could feel Ocarina's hand on my shoulder.
"Ocarina!? Where are you?" Breezy echoed desperately.
"This way!" He replied. Soon she found us.
"What's going on?" She asked, then looked at Ocarina's stern face and my miserable self. "Oh Kami, she's dead isn't she?" Breezy guessed. I was too broken down to notice the last Dragon Ball in her hands. I didn't really care at that point. I fell to my knees and stared over at Solstice's body. I would trade anything to get her back.

"This is it, Frieza, old friend. We're finally getting out of here at last." Cell stated in anticipation.
"It's only a few mere moments before my son wishes us all back."
"You finally did something right, brother."
                              "Shut it, Cooler."
                              "Let's sit back and watch."
                              "Yes father."

I arranged all the Dragon Balls in a circle, my mind in turmoil of what I was going to wish for. 'Should I follow my heart, or follow my mind? Who should I bring back?'

But then my decision became clear.
"Mighty Shenron, grant me my wish! I wish that.."
