Six years ago. All of that madness was only six years ago, and it remains a chilling memory to Kuriza and I. Since then, we found a planet under Frieza's rule and settled down for a while to recuperate. Thankfully, this planet was one populated by a kinder race that gladly welcomed us. They led us to a decent castle-esque type of structure and let us live there. They even offered to build a ship much like the one we originally piloted. I couldn't help but think they were doing all this kindness out of fear, though.

"Well, neither of our missions were achieved in these eleven years. What do you think, my little overlord?" I sighed as we paced, more like glided, along our palace grounds to our thrones made of valuable materials.

"I think we should try again. After all, my father didn't raise a quitter and we Frost Demons don't take failure very well." He replied hastily, stopping at his throne before the grand doors burst open.

"Lord Kuriza! Lady Solstice!" One of the race's members approached us excitedly. "Your ship has been completed. I think you'll find it to your liking?" He clapped his gloved hands together and gave us a cheesy, almost half hearted smile.

"Lead us to it, then." Kuriza grinned. As we followed him out of our abode, my eyes fell upon the graves right outside I dug for our fallen friends, marked by Ocarina's wooden sword.
"Rest, you two. You deserve it." I was so occupied with remembering the good times we had with Breezy and Ocarina that I failed to notice we were inside the aircraft already. 'I need to focus more.' I thought. 'I'll say!' A bubbly voice agreed with my thoughts. 'Who was that? What's going on?' 'It's me, dumb dumb. Breezy! I'm haunting your thoughts now!' 'I'm also here.' 'Ocarina?! Don't tell me this is permanent because I really have to pay attention.' 'Relax. We won't say or do anything to distract you. Woah! Is that your new ship?' 'Yes it is. Our old one got hijacked by you guys. No offense.' 'None taken, until you said no offense.' 'I never knew you had a sibling.' 'Aw sweet! Is she anything like you?' 'Guys, I have to listen to how to drive the ship. And my sister was practically my world. I don't want to get into it. How did you know, Ocarina?' 'I read your memories. I also know who you have a crush on.' 'This can't be happening right now.' 'Let me see. Ohhh. It makes sense now! Aw you are adorable, Solstice! You really are! But who is Cooler?!'

"Any questions?" The guy finished.

"I think we're set. Right Solstice?" Kuriza looked to me. I was trying to answer Breezy mentally when Kuriza flicked me lightly with his tail.

"Huh? Oh, yes. We're good." 'You didn't hear him at all, did you?' 'I thought you said you wouldn't distract me.' 'I never said any of that. That was Breezy. Her rules don't apply to me.'

"Let's head off then." Kuriza hinted, waiting for me to drive the ship. I looked at all the controls in utter bewilderment.

"Uhh.."

"I guess I'll have to drive, that is, if my guardian will acknowledge that I'm old enough to drive now."

"You sassy little boy." I glowered playfully as I got out of the driver's seat. He plopped down and expertly activated the craft.

"Next stop, New Namek!"

"Kuriza! Seat belt!" I pointed.

"Again with the seat belt spiel?"

"Even for half-immortal alien beings like us, safety is important." I declared, buckling my own belt. At long last, we returned to the infinitely growing depths of space.

'Solstice?' 'Yes, Ocarina?' 'Ask Lord Kuriza why he's driving us to my race's origin land.'

"Hey Kuriza?" I squeaked, breaking the silence between us.

"Hm?"

"Why did you choose New Namek, anyway?"

"Because my father ventured to Namek before and I thought we could attempt to befriend the Namekians first."

"Oh. Do you think they'll mind our visit?" I asked, staring out the side window.

"I'm positive that they can't be too aggressive toward us." 'There's your answer.' 'Hey Solstice, you should really tell Kuriza about your crush.' 'Not now Breezy. It isn't important now. Besides, Frost Demons don't work the same way Saiyans or Nameks, or Majins do.' 'Suit yourself. But I can feel that the day is coming when you will tell him. Whether you want to or not, he will know.'
