''The hardest part of moving on is accepting that some stories never get a proper ending.''
Diary Entry, February 2nd
This will be my last diary entry about Ethan. It's strange, writing those words. I never thought I'd get to this point, where I could say that and actually mean it. But here I am, ready to move on.
Looking back, I realise how much I built him up in my head. I made him into something he's not—something he could never be. That's what crushes do, I guess. We turn people into these perfect versions of themselves, and we fall for the idea of them, not the reality.
Ethan was my first love, in a way, even though it was never real. But he was also my first heartbreak, and that's something I'll always remember.

I just heard this advice from someone and i just came to a realisation that that is the whole reason why we say celebrity-crush. Cuz they are portrayed as perfect even though they aren't and we fall in love in that version of them.
I feel so matured at this point.
Anyways I guess i'll just make an official ending to the diary entries and start with the main fanfic. It took so long. I just got ahead of myself.
See you in the next update
