The day was almost over and Yoko was a little more tired than usual, Faye noticed it and approached her. The girl was packing her things and felt Faye's hands around her waist, she closed her eyes for a moment.

-  My love, less than an hour ago my mother almost saw us kiss, you better wait until we get home.

-  It's just that I see you with so little energy that I want to share a little of mine with you.

-  Mhm?

-  Remember when you told me that I'm your painkiller and that if I'm not around you run out of energy..

-  Love..

-  Let me give you a little energy, everyone is leaving, it's the last hour.

-  Okay argh.- Yoko purred like a little kitten when she felt Faye's nose on her neck.

-  I love you.

-  And I love you babe.- After answering, Yoko smiled and Faye kissed her.

-  What the hell is this?!

-  WanWand is not what you think..

The CEO let go of her girlfriend and moved away a little. The door was slightly open, as the receptionist had left after talking to Faye a few minutes earlier. WanWand didn't make a sound when she entered and found that scene. The voice of the woman who had been standing there for about three seconds made them notice.

-  Faye, what are you doing kissing my daughter and during work hours?

-  Theoretically we were leaving..

-  Yoko, this is not a joke! Faye, what the hell are you doing with my daughter?!

-  Look, I won't make a long story, I understand that it may be shocking for you but... I love her.

Yoko's mother looked at their intertwined hands, took a deep breath, and sat down, bringing her hand to her face.

-  This has to be a fucking joke.

-  Do you really think you know this woman? Yoko, she and I spent half our lives partying and the first thing she did... was get drunk and look for pros-

I don't give a damn what you think about me, I don't need your approval, I don't have to explain my life to you, much less make you believe that I've changed. I love her and nothing and no one is going to change that and you know that I QUIT!  NEITHER YOU NOR ANYONE WILL DISRESPECT ME.

Faye left slamming the door leaving Wanwand there with her mouth open watching as Yoko went after her.

-  I'm not going to allow you to mistreat my girlfriend like that either, she's my life and I don't care what you think, I quit too! Love wait for me.. love..

Yoko went after Faye and before entering the elevator, the woman stopped the doors with her hands and her girl took advantage of the outstretched arms to hug her. Faye smiled and let go of the door that automatically closed to put her arms around her girl's waist.

-  Babe, I'm not going to allow my mothers to get into our lives, I love you and if I have to go find out in the world I will.
