I sat in Jungkook's room, my face towards the ceiling as the sound of gunshots and male fury sounded through the bedroom. I thought wearing my headphones would knock out all the noise, which is why I attempted to listen to jazz while reading my current favorite novel, but to no avail. "This is rigged as fuck," I could hear Jermaine cursing through the door, followed by exasperated sighs and groans from Jungkook. Jungkook and I had been doing well since we came back to school after break, and I knew he had been waiting for some one-on-one guy time with his best friend but hearing them yell and scream for the past week and a half had become draining to listen to.

I groaned, rolling onto my stomach and placing my book off to the side as I stared up at the bedroom door. Still, the unnerving and slightly realistic gunshots sounded through the door, forcing me to finally take off my headphones and slide off the bed. Jungkook had promised to spend time with me at least five hours ago now, and I tried to occupy myself during the time, but a girl was getting tired of being put off to the side. I opened the door of Jungkook's bedroom, and the scene before me was so boyish, that I almost fell onto the floor. There were four boxes of pizza on the table, some soda cans surrounding them, and the room was so foggy from all the blunts they had used within the past few hours while playing those stupid video games.

I coughed a little as I stepped out of the bedroom, swatting the foggy and polluted air out of my face. "Koo- Come on, yo!" Jungkook interrupted me with a frustrated groan of rage, standing to face the TV, "That was obviously a headshot, these bots are getting ridiculous. C.O.D. needs to fix this shit." I was taken aback by his sudden aggressive tone, but after feeling my presence, the boy turned to me and showed the gentlest smile. "Hey, babe," He said before turning back to the screen, sitting across from Jermaine on the couch, "What's up?"

"You're still not done?" I whined, making my way over to the couch, my arms crossed over my chest to maintain warmth, considering the boy's house was always freezing, even in the winter, "You said you'd come lay with me hours ago."

"I'm sorry, mama," Jungkook said, still concentrating on the screen as I stood beside him, "Give me like... what you think Jere? Ten minutes?" Jermaine sucked his teeth, a deep inhale as he shook his head while sniping another player, "Definitely an hour, and that's at the least." I groaned, my hand going to my hips as I looked down at my bashfully guilty boyfriend, Jungkook looking back up at me with an awkward smile. "Maybe an hour," Jungkook said to me, "Then I'm all yours."

"You said that the last couple of times," I reminded him, taking it upon myself to step in between his view of the television, causing him to look up at me with a twisted expression. "Bri, okay, I understand, and I promise this time," He said before looking back down, attempting to look around me for the TV, "But if you don't move, me and Jere won't make our kill record, so please move baby." I knew it wasn't that deep, but I hadn't hung out with my boyfriend one-on-one since we got back, besides when we'd go to sleep at night or when Jere was working while Jungkook wasn't. Again, I knew I was probably being bratty, but I wanted his attention, and I couldn't be so wrong for that.
