As Geo entered her bedroom, she looked around for Vi. After leaving Caitlyn, she searched the grounds for her but couldn't find her.

The room was quiet, the only sound being the soft hum of a small fan in the corner. Geo closed the door behind her and leaned against it, her mind still reeling from the conversation with Janna.

With a sigh, she called out into the silence. "Vi?"

She heard a groan come from behind the wall next to her. She looked over the wall to see Vi sitting at a desk, bottles surrounding her.

"Vi..." she said, her voice soft as she padded over to her. "What are you doing?"

Vi didn't look up. "Drinking. What's it look like?"

Her voice was flat, her eyes fixed on the bottle in her hand. The room reeked of alcohol.

As Geo stood beside her, she noticed that Vi's hand trembled slightly as it gripped the bottle.

"Where have you been?" Vi tossed the empty bottle to the stack of bottles beside her seat.

"I was... talking to Cait and-" Geo began, but Vi cut her off with a scoff.

"Whatever."

Vi reached for another bottle and took a swig, wincing slightly as the alcohol hit her tongue.

"The Sheriff is quite the talker, isn't she?" she said, her voice low and bitter.

Geo pursed her lips. She shoved the items off the desk and sat on it. "Do you know Janna?"

Vi snorted, staring at the ceiling. "Of course I do."

She took another swig from the bottle, wincing again as if the taste was sour. "The 'Fairy of Winds', everyone's favorite guardian of magic. What about her?"

"Turns out, she's living inside of me," Geo said bluntly.

Vi's eyes flicked over to hers, widening slightly.

"What?" She leaned forward, a frown on her face. "What do you mean 'living inside you'?"

"Just that," said Geo, her voice matter-of-fact. "The 'Fairy of Winds' has taken up residence in my brain. She can talk to me, she has her own consciousness. It's a whole thing."

"She's why I have those wind powers. She even helped me earlier today to summon wind again."

Vi stared at her silently for a moment.

"And you're... okay with this?" she finally said. Her voice was neutral, but there was an undercurrent of disbelief in it.

Geo paused. "Caitlyn wants to present myself to the people of Piltover. Like here is a Goddess coming to save you!" Geo picked up a pen and started playing with it.

Vi chuckled darkly, taking another swig of whiskey.

"Ah, so that's why the Sheriff brought you here. She's looking for a symbol, something to rally the people around. How heroic."

Her voice was saturated with sarcasm.

Geo's hands tensed around the pen. She didn't like the bitter tone in Vi's voice. It was unlike her, and it made her uneasy.

"It's more than that," she said, her voice quiet but firm. "Caitlyn sees something in me. Potential. A chance to make a real difference, not just for Piltover, but for Zaun as well."

Vi rolled her eyes. "Yeah, of course, she sees 'potential' in you. You got a shiny new Goddess title and sparkly powers to boot. She's probably thrilled you fell right into her lap."
